Kyle Richards is shutting down questions about rumored past infidelity in her and Mauricio Umansky’s marriage.
The topic arises in the above preview for Season 14, Episode 7 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. While Kyle, Sutton Stracke, and Garcelle Beauvais are discussing the ethics of Kyle’s friendship with Dorit Kemsley’s estranged husband, Paul "PK" Kemsley, Garcelle declares she "would be upset" if she were in Dorit's position.
Although Kyle notes Garcelle "had a very different situation" in her former marriage, Garcelle retorts, "Yes, but I feel like in a way it's similar to Dorit. Not infidelity, but in being angry at one another."
Sutton then jumps in and, turning to Kyle, says, "But you also had infidelity."
As soon as the words come out of Sutton's mouth, Kyle looks at her with shock.
“Let’s not forget that part,” says Sutton, prompting Kyle to ask, “What part?” When Sutton once again states,“Infidelity,” Kyle denies that Mauricio was unfaithful.
"No, I didn’t,” Kyle says as Sutton, clearly confused, asks, “With Mau?”
Kyle asks Sutton when the alleged infidelity happened. Sutton goes on to explain, “You’ve talked about him…" as a flashback clip plays from the Season 13 reunion, where a teary-eyed Kyle mentions that “something” happened between them and she lost her trust.
Garcelle appears stunned that Sutton is mentioning the topic.
“This is definitely the unspoken thing. No one brings that up,” says Garcelle in a confessional. “I mean, listen, we’ve been hearing rumors for years that either Mau has stepped out or he’s doing this or he’s doing that. No one has confirmation, but it’s been all over.”
Kyle asks if Sutton is referring to a time she made a comment about the hardships of dealing with a partner who communicates with other women on social media. “Are you talking about Instagram?” a producer asks Sutton during an interview, trying to get to the bottom of the situation.
“No,” she says. “I always have a problem with things slipping out of my mouth.”
Back at lunch, Kyle says that she feels the Instagram situation is “different” than infidelity, anyway.

After Kyle stated on the RHOBH Season 13 finale that "there were things that happened" that made her "lose [her] trust" in her relationship with Mauricio, during Part 3 of that Season's reunion, host Andy Cohen dug into that topic a bit more.
"Since the beginning of this show, there were rumors about infidelity in your relationship," Andy stated, to which Kyle responded, "Of course, there's always that little voice in my head, like, 'What if this is true?' People would say these things all the time."
Although she noted Mauricio assured her that they knew the truth, she admitted, "I just didn't want to talk about it."

Later in the reunion episode, Kyle shed a bit more light on the situation. "With any marriage, there's issues that you have, and they come up and you get busy. You've got kids — my kids were little — I'm working, I'm being a mommy, and doing all that, [so, the issues] get put aside and will come up again," she explained. "Some of the issues never went away. They were never worked on. And then something — like I said in my interview — happened where I did lost my trust."
"Something that he did?" Andy asked. Although Kyle didn't directly answer his question, she said, "You know, I care about my family first. And I mean, I tried. I really did try."
However, she said, she reached a point where she "couldn't" do what she had been "putting up with" any longer.
"I finally just hit a breaking point," Kyle said through tears.
