However, the former Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent was thrilled to receive the news of the rebooted cast despite the fact she was quashed along with other cast members from the show. During a podcast of Scheana Shay’s Scheananigans on November 29, Kent revealed that she was looking forward to witnessing the new cast and that their dynamics would unfold in the new season.

She opened up about her view on the new cast list exploring the world of Vanderpump Rules and said:

"I know what this show did for me and my life, and it completely changed it. I’m so excited to see another group of people. As excited as I am for these new Vanderpumpers, I’m like, you guys have really big shoes to fill. Like, there were so many authentic connections that you just don’t find very often. It’s like once in a blue moon.”

"Extraordinary run"- Vanderpump Rules star Lisa chimes in about the rebooted cast of the show

Vanderpump Rules first premiered in January 2013 as a spin-off of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and featured Lisa Vanderpump and her co-workers, who together ran the restaurants and bars situated in West Hollywood, California. The show revolved around the lives of these stars, featuring their dynamics, friendship, drama, and whatnot.

However, the executive producers announced recently that the new season 12 will kick off with a revamped cast helping Lisa Vanderpump in running her restaurants and bars. Lisa Vanderpump chimed in about the news and told Bravo during an interview:

"The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary run full of laughter, tears, and everything in between. I can’t thank enough those who have shared their lives. How I love you all. In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation of Vanderpump Rules."

The executive producer, Alex Baskin, added along with the official announcement that he had "profound appreciation" for the old cast members but was looking forward to continuing the legacy with the new group of cast members.
