Jenelle Evans is threatening her husband’s new boo with legal action.
Over the weekend, the fired Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star hit TikTok Live to discuss a cornucopia of topics– including Amber Portwood‘s recent rant, her impending divorce from David Eason and the possibility of bringing charges against David’s latest soulmate Kenleigh Heatwole for her part in David’s attempt to heist things from Jenelle’s property The Land in October.
The Ashley broke the news a few months ago that Jenelle had her protective order against David extended for two additional years, using David’s heist attempt as the main reason she needed continued protection. During his bungled burgle attempt— David, Kenleigh and a few others came to the North Carolina property that Jenelle and David once shared. After breaking through the property’s gate, David removed a security camera on the property and tried to heist expensive tools, equipment, and motor vehicles from The Land. He was ultimately stopped from removing the items after Jenelle caught wind of it via her property cameras.
While David was arrested for the incident and charged with trespassing and violating the restraining order that Jenelle had, Kenleigh– as of press time— has not been charged for her role in the heist.
On TikTok Live, Jenelle addressed the situation and made it clear that she’s not against filing charges against her doppelganger, Kenleigh, if she continues to anger Jenelle with her social media posts.

“I didn’t press charges on [Kenleigh but] I could still press charges on [her], if I choose to!” Jenelle said. “So, if she wants to keep pissin’ me off, and keep postin’ subliminal shady posts about me, she can keep goin’ because I will press charges if she doesn’t stop.”
Jenelle also warned Kenleigh that the geographical distance between them currently is no concern to her.

“I will fly back every single time, best believe!” Jenelle— who has been racking up frequent flyer miles from her many trips back to North Carolina for her various court hearings— said.
During the Live, Jenelle revealed the reason she decided to press charges against David for the incident.
“I really wasn’t going to go press charges on my ex [David] for a violation of a No-Contact Order but I’m so sick of him thinkin’ that he’s entitled to everything and he can do whatever he wants with no consequences,” Jenelle said.
Although Jenelle is currently shacking up with “August Keen” —her manager-turned-soulmate (or “soulmate-ager” if you will)– in Las Vegas, the North Carolina property she and David once shared is currently off-limits to David. Because of this, Jenelle stated that David could have gotten himself shot had she been on The Land the night of the burgle.

“If I had been on the property the night he did that, when he came and tried to steal everything, what if I thought it was someone breakin’ into my house again, like before?” she said, referencing the time a stranger attempted to break into The Land while Jenelle and her kids were still living there. “What if I had my weapon on me? He’s putting himself in danger. He’s putting us in danger…our family, our anxiety is already heightened. And then you do some s**t like that? And bring your girlfriend?!”
Kenleigh hasn’t officially responded to Jenelle’s “threat”; however she did post plenty of TikToks recently showing off her and David’s happy relationship.

As The Ashley has previously reported, Jenelle and David are currently legally separated. Due to North Carolina law, they must be living apart and separated for one whole year before they can officially file for divorce, so they are still married as of now. They will be eligible to file for a divorce at the end of February.
