Jenn Tran Reveals She’s a ‘Mom’ in New Life Update: ‘Cat’s Out of the Bag’

Bachelor Nation got to know Jenn Tran on Season 28 of “The Bachelor” and then again on Season 21 of “The Bachelorette” as our leading lady.

She’s been keeping fans updated with her life on social media since her time on the show, often sharing about the amazing opportunities she’s been able to experience.

Now, Jenn’s taken to Instagram to reveal some big news in a new life update. 

In a new video she said, “Okay, so I’ve been keeping a secret from you guys for maybe like half an hour. And… I’m a mom! I’m a mom!”

Jenn then pans the camera to reveal that she’s brought home an adorable new kitten. 

The Bachelor Nation star holds up her sweet new fur baby and shares, “This is my new cat, my foster cat. Well, I might adopt her. I don’t know what to name her, so I think I’m going to wait a couple days to kind of see her personality. She is very brave and very smart and just so friendly.”

Jenn went on and revealed that this isn’t the first kitten she’s fostered but may be the first one to already feel right at home. 

She said, “Usually when I foster kittens, because I’ve been fostering for a few years now, they’re very skittish and scared naturally because they’re in a new environment. I literally met her half an hour ago and she’s warmed up to me, let me pick her up immediately, she was not scared of me at all. She’s just so friendly.”

The former Bachelorette also shared that she’s actually allergic to her new kitten but is hoping that her allergies clear up. 

“We also have to see how my allergies are because they’re already acting up. I am allergic,” she admitted. “And I’ve heard that I think they’re going to get worse because I haven’t fostered in over a year, I think. When you stop exposing yourself to an allergen, it just gets worse. So maybe for the next couple months I’ll be desensitized to it.”

Jenn captioned her video, “Cat's out of the bag” and followers quickly filled the comments with love for her new kitten as well as possible name suggestions.
