Jennie Garth Announces ‘Vulnerable’ New Book

On June 25, Garth took to Instagram to share her exciting news. “HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! 🎉 My book is officially available for pre-sale,” she wrote in the caption. “‘I Choose Me: Chasing Joy, Finding Purpose & Embracing Reinvention’ 💛.”

The actress continued, “This project is my heart. It’s my real journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and learning to become the best version of myself. I got real, I got vulnerable, and I chose me! Now, I’m inviting you to do the same ☺️.”

Garth added, “I can’t wait for you to read!  My hope is that my road to loving myself resonates with you and inspires you to do the work to get to LOVING YOURSELF too. Now available for preorder, and hitting bookstores April 2026!”

An official synopsis provides more details about her book. “Inspired by her thought-provoking podcast of the same name — Jennie brings her signature mix of warmth, honesty and humor to this deeply personal book about self-discovery and reclaiming your power,” the synopsis reads.
