On April 6, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom took to her Instagram page to share an edited video that showed their gorgeous home. The space featured a beautiful neutral color palette, with cream-colored walls, beige wood floors, and gray and white details throughout. Jenn thanked her interior designer, Hollie Wilson, for updating their abode in the best way.

"[Hollie] came over and DID HER THING!!!" Jenn celebrated in the caption of the post. "The rugs are in, the pictures are hung, accessories placed, and the candles are lit! Thank you, Hollie, for turning our house into our HOME!!!"

Jenn lives with Ryan and their blended family in the home (Jenn has five kids with her ex-husband, Will Pedranti, and Ryan has two adult kids from a previous relationship). In addition to showing off a recent renovation (more on that below), the pair continues to take the next step in their relationship by settling in together. "We love you, Hollie!!! You are truly so talented," Jenn continued in the comments section of the post.

Ryan also added his two cents in the comments section, showing how much he appreciated the work. "YOU ARE AMAZING, Thank You," he wrote. "Jenn, the kids, and I absolutely LOVEEEEEEE all of it."

"Good times over here," Jenn wrote over an Instagram video which showed several people doing work on the interior of the home.

It appeared the crew was either putting in new floors or doing work on the floors and stairs. The couple also had plastic taped to the walls and ladders around, making us wonder if they also re-painted or updated the walls.

Details on Jennifer Pedranti's real estate plans

During a July 2024 chat with BravoTV.com, Jenn revealed she doesn't have plans to leave Orange County anytime soon. "I would be so grateful to stay in the OC long term. I love it," the Oklahoma native said.

Though Jenn said she was still getting herself "more established right now" in their current home, she was interested in buying more homes in the futurefor "investment" purposes.

"Who wouldn't want to?" she wondered, adding that getting a residence in Oklahoma would be her first priority since her "whole world" is there.

"It'd be so fun to go home and have a spot," she shared, also noting she and Ryan also love Scottsdale, Arizona, and the Bahamas. "I could pick a place anywhere."
