Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson Debate Over How Big Their Family Should Be

Amid recent fan concerns about Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson’s relationship, they revealed that they have different thoughts about how many kids to have one day.

Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson Disagree About Kids

“We have different answers on this one,” Joey, 29, admitted when the two appeared at a live “Chicks in the Office” event in Kansas City on Thursday, November 7.

The couple was playing a game to see how well they knew each other and were asked to write down how many kids Kelsey, 26, wants. Joey said, “She wants at least three kids and one of them’s adopted. She knows I only want two. We’ve talked about this. But I know she wants three kids and one needs to be adopted.”

Kelsey exaggerated a bit with her response. “I put one million,” she laughed. Joey added, “I know she wants a lot of kids but I have to stop her at some point.”

Joey and Kelsey’s joint public appearance comes after fans recently speculated that they could be having issues. The rumors started in September when Joey was cast on Dancing With the Stars and started working with professional partner Jenna Johnson. Kelsey took to TikTok to shut down rumors that she was worried about the chemistry between the two.

“So many people are like, ‘Kelsey, why is Jenna touching your man like that?’ And honestly, I don’t know … maybe because it’s her job?” she said. “Maybe because she’s a professional dancer and she has to touch him to dance. I don’t know. That’s my understanding of it. I’m just so tired of everyone being like, ‘Kelsey’s so strong. I could not do this. I could not watch this if I was Kelsey.’”

Later that month, Joey said in an interview that he purposely asked for a DWTS partner who was in a “successful” relationship because he wanted to avoid showmance rumors. Jenna, 30, is married to Val Chmerkovskiy.

After an October episode of Dancing With the Stars, fans feared trouble in paradise for Joey and Kelsey based on her facial expressions during the live show. She directly responded to a TikTok user who said something seemed “off” between the couple.

“Last night was dedication night and a lot of people dedicated their songs to people who made a big impact in their life – people they lost, people they’ve seen suffer through illnesses – and there were a couple moms [referenced] as well,” Kelsey shared. “So it was a hard night for me, seeing as I lost my mom six years ago to breast cancer. I really resonated with a lot of these stories of having amazing moms and all these things.”

On Tuesday, November 5, Kelsey revealed that she had been taking a bit of a social media break for “personal reasons.” Naturally, speculation was rampant that this had something to do with her relationship, but she quickly shut down the concern. “Don’t want yall to get the wrong idea. Joey and I are good,” she clarified.

However, on Wednesday, November 6, the Men Tell All episode of The Golden Bachelorette aired and Joey was in the audience solo. He revealed that Kelsey “couldn’t be here” and he attended on behalf of both of them. The show was filmed on October 23 and Kelsey was visiting New Orleans around that time.
