Things haven’t been great for this season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Not only is the live viewership down a bit, as it is for all shows, but there also won’t be a traditional reunion. Now, it seems Rachel Fuda and her husband John Fuda have other issues on their hands as Teresa Giudice fans seem to have flooded his business with fake reviews. He may even be taking legal action over slander.

As fans know, this is Rachel and John’s second season on the show. Things got out of hand when he went up against Teresa in the season premiere and called her a “has been” in response to her highlighting his past as a drug dealer. As Rachel has pointed out, this happened when he was a teenager. Since then, he has been mocked online, as some say he was “acting too much like a housewife.”

Now, according to All About the Real Housewives, John may be pursuing a legal case for slander. Recently, one person left a review referring to the Valet King Hospitality owner as Jane Fugazi, to which he replied, “Thank you. Key piece of evidence in slander case.”

Another person left a review saying, “Beware: many of the 5-star reviews are coming from the son of the owner.” He replied, “It appears there may be some confusion, as we do not have any record of your visit to our establishment. We take the authenticity of reviews very seriously and assure you that all our five-star reviews are from genuine customers who have experienced our services.”

Notably, it’s also odd that hate commenters would claim to know who was leaving reviews and mention his son directly. Another negative review says, “Ah, so he owns a parking attendant company! Leaving three stars bc now we said it!” This one is a direct reference to Teresa mocking how he makes a living on the show. Regarding the name in the previous review, she has also called him John Fugazi.

However, it should also be noted that he has been accused of galvanizing bloggers against the RHONJ OG in retaliation for the rumors she’s had a hand in spreading about him.

We’ll see how this all plays out, but there is never a good reason to attack a person’s business with negative reviews all because of how they interact with someone on a TV show. Still, it’s unclear if he’d have a case. Currently, the business sits at 3.5 stars on Google Reviews.
