With his new fiancée, Alexis Bellino, 47, seated beside Katie Ginella, 40, as Andy Cohen‘s featured guests, the Real Housewives of Orange County star, 61, spoke of his history with Shannon, 60, and looked ahead to his future with Alexis as Alexis revealed which co-stars would be invited to their upcoming wedding.

“I don’t want to get into those details, but she pays for everything and she’s my sugar mama, that couldn’t be further from the truth and that was damaging to me. I fat-shamed her? Couldn’t be further from the truth,” John revealed of how he’s been disparaged publicly on the September 12 episode of WWHL.

As for why he wouldn’t agree to a non-disparage clause and didn’t take Shannon’s offer to settle his $75,000 lawsuit against her, in which he accused her of failing to pay him back for a facelift, John said he didn’t want to be muzzled when lies were being told.

“I have been disparaged for almost five years,” he noted. “Why would I put a legal muzzle on myself so that I can’t actually correct the record?”

After both John and Alexis agreed that he’s getting a bad rap on the show, John revealed that he prefers to be called “John Janssen” rather than the Alexis-given “Johnny J.”

“I’m not a rapper,” he explained.

As John and Alexis looked to their nuptials, John confirmed he would not be making his fiancée sign a prenuptial agreement.

“I don’t want one. No,” he stated.

When Alexis was then asked about John not liking publicity but engaging in a public romance with her, Alexis confirmed he did not want her to return to RHOC.

“He did not want me to do the show and he offered to pay my salary if I didn’t go. Then he offered to double it if I didn’t,” she shared.

While Alexis is on the outs with certain cast members, including Shannon, obviously, and Emily Simpson, 48, she said that many of her co-stars would be invited to her and John’s wedding, including Katie, Jennifer Pedranti, 47, Tamra Judge, 57, Heather Dubrow, 55, and Gina Kirschenheiter, 40.

She also revealed she would be taking John’s last name when they wed.

“Yes. A.J. all the way,” she declared.

Later, on the WWHL: After Show, John and Alexis were asked if they had anything they’d like to add.

“We do not want to take Shannon down or harm her in any way. We simply want the truth out there. That’s it,” John stated.

“We deserve to tell the truth,” added Alexis.

Then, after Alexis said that she couldn’t reveal the truth because Andy would be upset at her for spoiling the season, she confirmed that by the end of the episodes, “The truth will come out.”

Also on the After Show, Alexis was asked about her current relationship with her former fiancé, Andy Bohn.

“We were still talking when I met John, and John and I were just friends at the time. We’re still friendly. I think the world of him. He’s a great guy. We just didn’t work. There’s no bad blood there at all,” she confirmed.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
