Kelsey Anderson is proving she is fiancé Joey Graziadei’s No. 1 fan as he sets his eyes on Dancing With the Stars’ coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.
“If you were to ask me how proud I was of Joey …” Anderson, 26, began in a TikTok posted on Monday, November 25. “I would say he’s been killing it and to make sure you vote by texting ‘JOEY’ 10x to 21523 this Tuesday. But if you asked me on a deeper level …”
“I would say … Every Tuesday right after his performance, Joey texts me, saying, ‘I hope I made you proud,’ which of course he does — but honestly, he makes me proud every single day,” she continued. “It’s not just about his accomplishments; it’s the way he treats others and the unwavering commitment he brings to everything he does.”
When Graziadei, 29, “sets his mind to something,” Anderson gushed that it’s “truly inspiring” to watch the former Bachelor “give it his all.”
“From The Bachelor, to our life together after the show, to his journey on Dancing With the Stars, it’s been incredible to see his dedication and drive through it all,” she wrote. “I am, and always will be, his biggest cheerleader and supporter.”
Anderson captioned the upload, “Can’t believe tomorrow is the last show. I’m so proud of you Joey.”
Graziadei had an emotional reaction to the post. “This made me tear up babe. Thank you for being the best support system and lifting me up during this crazy time. Love you forever,” he wrote, to which she replied, “I love you.”
Anderson — who accepted a proposal from Graziadei during The Bachelor season 28, which aired earlier this year — has been by her fiancé’s side amid his stint on DWTS and has navigated social media haters who have questioned whether there’s trouble in paradise with the pair.
After users claimed that Anderson was less enthusiastic than usual during DWTS’ Dedication Night in October, she quickly shared a video via TikTok explaining she was in her “feelings a little bit” with how “special” it was to have Graziadei dedicate his dance to her. She noted that several DWTS contestants paid homage to important people in their life, like their mom. (Anderson’s mom died in 2018 after a battle with breast cancer.)
“I commented on it just because I knew that it was gonna make me feel better,” Anderson later explained to Us. “I thought about it for a minute and I was just like, ‘You know what, I’m just gonna say something because maybe it’ll help people not always jump to conclusions as well.’”
Regardless of the comments, Anderson told Us that she’s in awe of watching Graziadei and his partner, pro Jenna Johnson.
“I think that the highlight for me is watching him perform and knowing all of the hard work that he’s putting into it,” Anderson exclusively told Us Weekly in October. “He is consistently just pushing his limits, going all the way. He will watch his videos of his dance and he critiques himself and figures out where he needs to work on.”
