Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy alums, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, are eager to sell their Milton, GA mansion as it teeters on the brink of foreclosure.
However, probably no one will be more relieved once the Zolciak-Biermann abode sells than both Kim and Kroy’s neighbors AND the Milton Police Department.
Police recently made another stop at the home. This time, it wasn’t for an ugly divorce-driven domestic dispute. Over the weekend, officers responded after a neighbor reported that one of Kim and Kroy’s dogs had gotten loose and acted aggressively toward her.
A neighbor felt threatened by Kim and Kroy’s Cane Corso, Stone
According to TMZ, a Milton PD report reveals that Kroy was cited on Saturday. One of the family’s dogs, Stone, got loose and scared a neighbor down the street.
The report says that the neighbor claimed that the large Cane Corso acted “aggressive” toward her.
Stone eventually made his way back home. Officers arrived and spoke with Kroy. He claims to have found Stone on the sidewalk right outside their house – not down the street.
Kroy did acknowledge that three-year-old Stone must’ve escaped from their property through a gate that was both broken and left open. He passed the blame onto one of his poor kids, explaining that one of them was supposed to be watching Stone.
After hearing Kroy’s side of things, the police decided that they had enough evidence to issue a citation.
This isn’t the first neighborhood disturbance involving the Zolciak-Biermann dogs. Last November, a neighbor called cops after two of their dogs got loose and allegedly almost attacked a child. Nearby residents also sounded off in a Facebook group about the dogs being a nuisance.
And, memorably, Kim and Kroy’s son, Kash, required surgery after being seriously bitten by their dog, Sinn, in 2017.
