Lala Kent celebrates six years sober as Pump Rules fans thank her ‘for recovering out loud’

   

Lala Kent takes to social media this fall to share a commendable milestone with her fans. Lala rose to fame as a reality star on Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules season 4 which began airing in 2015. Almost 10 years later, Lala is still in the spotlight and these days she’s celebrating how far she’s come in life.

Vanderpump Rules‘ Lala has been transparent about her sobriety journey over the years. In fact, she’s pretty much an open book about many aspects of her life. The 34-year-old shared her experience of becoming a mom to baby Sosa with the world. Now, the mom of two poses alongside her daughters as she celebrates her sobriety journey.

Lala is ‘six years sober’

Lala Kent and her co-stars worked as restaurant and bar staff during the early days of Vanderpump Rules.

These days, they’ve all carved out their own careers with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz going into business together, as well as Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix opening a sandwich shop.

Lala is a podcast host and a mom to two daughters.

Sharing updates with her fans this fall, it seems the Bravo star is living her most wholesome life.

She takes to Instagram in October to share snaps of herself with friends and family at a pumpkin patch, as well as “serenading” her daughter, Sosa.

Lala also shares snaps of herself smiling next to daughters, Ocean and Sosa, alongside the caption: “I’m 6 years sober today. Thank you, God.”

Her fans, friends, and co-stars come out in full force in the comments to say how “proud” they are of her achievement.

Lala also shares how she’s marking the special occasion by making some homemade mocktails in another post.

She quit drinking alcohol in 2018 following the death of her father.

Lala is ‘at peace’ with friendship ending

As Lala enters her sixth year of sobriety, it appears she’s reached a new level of “peace” within.

Speaking on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live this October, she explains hows he’s no longer friends with Ariana Madix.

She tells Jeff the two “don’t have a relationship,” and that they’ll “never make amends.”

After adding how she’s “not open to making up,” Lala shared that there’s no bad blood between the duo.

Lala sings Ariana’s praises when it comes to her latest work ventures: “…Ariana, I will always be a cheerleader for, to watch someone, she was absolutely fantastic on Broadway. She, I heard, killed it on Love Island… but I have no ill feelings about anybody on the show and I think that’s what it feels for the first time…

The reality TV star concludes: “…I just feel peace.”
