Lala Kent Isn’t Open To Rebuilding Friendship With Ariana Madix: ‘I Just Feel Peace’

The Vanderpump Rules star just admitted they have no relationship right now. None. Now, all of a sudden, those rumors about the show being on the brink of cancellation start to make much more sense.

Lala Kent is at ‘peace’ with their nonexistent friendship

At the end of Vanderpump Rules Season 11, there was a consensus that it felt like a series finale rather than a season finale. The show went on hiatus, and there have been rumors that salary negotiations and infighting have kept things on pause indefinitely.

“In the past, they’ve been able to come back from some of the worst fights imaginable so there’s still hope that they can all move forward and have a fresh start,” a source close to the production claimed.

Of course, we already knew that there was an unfixable rift between Ariana and Tom Sandoval. What we didn’t know was that Lala and Ariana were in the same boat. Now, we might have a little bit of a problem.

During a recent appearance on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, Lala made the shocking revelation that she and Arirna have zero relationship these days. They went their separate ways during the Vanderpump Rules hiatus.

Broken friendships and a broken show

When Jeff asked Lala if there was any chance of reconciliation, she made her stance very clear. She replied, “That will never happen.”

Jeff didn’t love Lala’s resistance to reconciling with Ariana. No one wants to see their friendship end. We certainly don’t want the show to end. Why can’t they make this right?

Jeff replied, “No. See, this is the problem, Lala, because we’ve seen these, you know, there’s such incredible damage to these relationships where they become irreparable and now they’re having to end the shows as a result, right? So, Vanderpump Rules is probably one of them. Where do you go from here?”

Lala answered, “Let’s just say there’s no more story to tell, right? There’s only two people to blame for that and that’s Sandoval and [Rachel Leviss].”

She continued, “Ariana, I will always be a cheerleader for, to watch someone, she was absolutely fantastic on Broadway. She, I heard, killed it on Love Island. I’ve never watched the show and certainly didn’t start watching it because we’re not gonna, but I have no ill feelings about anybody on the show and I think that’s what it feels for the first time. I just feel peace.”

We’re glad that Lala feels at peace, but we certainly aren’t. The future of Pump Rules feels more complicated than ever. At least we have The Valley as our saving grace.
