On the most recent season of Love Is Blind, cast member Leo Braudy made waves for controversially talking about his wealth while in the pods. Though the reality TV season has since come to a close, Leo still remains in the spotlight for more reasons than one.
For one thing, Leo continues to post videos on social media with his former partner, Brittany, proving that they remain good friends. More recently, Leo was spotted out with a famous reality star that has started rumors swirling about a potential romance between the two.
Leo Was Spotted Out With Ally Shapiro
Throughout Season 7 of Love Is Blind, Leo was outspoken about his dealings in the art world, and since then has even posted TikTok describing more about what his job actually entails. While he was at Art Basel in Miami, it appears that he hit it off with Ally Shapiro. Ally is reality TV royalty herself, as her mother is a cast member from The Real Housewives of New York and she herself has also been featured in the series.
Ally is newly single, coming off of a failed engagement from Jordan Bilfield, with whom she broke up with in October. It seems that she and Leo have that in common, as Leo is also fresh from a broken-off engagement. Fans spotted Leo and Ally getting cozy at Soho House during the week of the art festival. As reported by Page Six, apparently the two also ventured onto the main art sale floor while they were there.
Leo Gifted Ally A Pricey Present
While an official romance hasn't been confirmed by either side, it does seem like the two are happy to fuel the rumors. Ally posted a video on her TikTok account of Leo describing what he can "offer" her in a relationship, showing her around an art gallery (presumably using his expertise to impress her) and even gifting her the Rolex watch off his wrist, a callback to him talking about how precious the accessory was to him while on Love Is Blind.
In the caption of the video, Ally teased her followers with one simple question:
Too soon?
Ally's question could have a double meaning here. For one, it could refer to making fun of Leo's edit on the show so soon after it aired, or it could also refer to her hinting at a new relationship just two months after her previous engagement ended. Though the video appears to be a joke, the fact that Ally's mother, RHONY alum Jill Zarin, appears in it might make fans wonder if there really is more going on behind the scenes.
As for followers' reception, it seems that reality TV fans everywhere are thrilled about the possible romance between the two. The comments in Ally's video show several people who were extremely enthusiastic about seeing her with Leo. "The crossover I never knew I needed," wrote one person. "Help, I have no one to talk to about this," commented another, presumably a loyal viewer of both Love Is Blind and RHONY.
One person seemed to sum up the general feelings about the strange match between Leo and Ally:
Wow! This definitely caught me off guard. But it's crazy enough that it just might work.
Whether there are genuine feelings between the two or whether we're seeing more of a friendship bonding over poking fun at their respective recent breakups, it's clear that fans are eating it up.
For his part, Leo seems to have mastered reclaiming his public persona, experiencing a complete transition in the way he's viewed by fans since his season aired. It seems that both reality stars have learned that a little bit of self-deprecating humor can go a long way.
