Manny Pacquiao Shocked That Jake Paul-Mike Tyson Fight Is Happening And Knows Who Will Win

YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul will take on legendary heavyweight champion Mike Tyson later this year.

The highly controversial bout will see Paul enter the ring with a 30 year youth advantage over his opponent.

Fears had been raised about the safety of ‘Iron’ Mike returning to the ring having retired around 20 years ago and these concerns were only heightened when the original July fight date had to be postponed after Tyson suffered an ulcer flare-up.

“I want to thank my fans around the world for their support and understanding during this time. Unfortunately, due to my ulcer flareup, I have been advised by my doctor to lighten my training for a few weeks to rest and recover.

My body is in better overall shape than it has been since the 1990s and I will be back to my full training schedule soon. Jake Paul, this may have bought you some time, but in the end you will still be knocked out and out of boxing for good. I appreciate everyone’s patience and can’t wait to deliver an unforgettable performance later this year.”

One man who was shocked upon hearing the fight had been made was former eight-weight world champion Manny Pacquiao. When told by Fight Hub TV that the two had signed to face each other, ‘PacMan’ appeared shocked and queried the announcement.

“They’re going to fight?”

When asked if Paul could beat the former undisputed heavyweight champion, Pacquiao laughed off the influencer’s chances.

“Haha, I don’t think so.”

Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson takes place at the AT&T arena in Texas on November 15 and will be streamed live on Netflix.
