Before diapers, midnight feedings, and baby bottles enter the picture, Love Is Blind couple Taylor Krause and Garrett Josemans are embracing one last season of freedom — and they’re planning to make it unforgettable.
In a heartwarming (and slightly wanderlust-inducing) announcement, the couple revealed they’re gearing up for a trip around the world, soaking up as many memories — and sunsets — as possible before starting a family.
“We’ve always talked about having kids,” Taylor shared. “But before we do, we want to make sure we’ve lived a little — just the two of us. We want to collect stories before we collect diaper bags.”
“It’s Our Time — Just Us, Everywhere”
According to Garrett, the decision to travel wasn’t just about fun — it was about deepening their bond and strengthening their foundation as a couple before stepping into parenthood.
“This time is sacred,” he said. “It’s the last chapter of our lives where it’s just me and her. I want us to wake up in foreign places, get lost, laugh, and just be together — as much as we can, while we still can.”
Their upcoming itinerary includes dream destinations like Italy, Japan, Iceland, South Africa, and Bali — a mix of food, culture, and adventure that reflects their differences and their shared curiosity.
“He’s the spontaneous one, I’m the planner,” Taylor laughed. “But somehow, it just works. He gets me out of my comfort zone, and I remind him to book hotels.”
“We’re Not Rushing Into Anything”
The couple, who became fan favorites for their playful chemistry and unshakable connection on Love Is Blind, say they’ve learned from watching other couples crash under pressure.
“We’re not in a rush to have a baby just because people expect it,” Taylor said firmly. “We want to step into that chapter fully ready — emotionally, mentally, and with a heart full of joy, not exhaustion.”
Garrett echoed the sentiment, adding:
“We know kids change everything. So we want to go into it with our eyes wide open — and our passports stamped.”
A Love Story Still Unfolding
From tearful confessions in the pods to planning passports and parenthood, Taylor and Garrett’s journey has always been marked by intention and heart.
“This trip isn’t an escape,” Taylor said. “It’s a celebration — of what we’ve built and where we’re going next.”
And when they do finally settle down, it’ll be with a suitcase full of stories and the kind of connection that only comes from sharing a hundred sunsets across a hundred cities.
“He’s the one I want next to me — in Rome, in Tokyo, in labor,” Taylor joked. “And I wouldn’t trade this season for anything.”
