MacKenzie McKee Gives Hint About What She’s Naming Her Twins

“Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” star MacKenzie McKee gave a hint about what she and her fiance, Khesino Hall, are planning on naming their twins.

In an April 18 Instagram Story, McKee, who announced she was pregnant with twins in March 2025, responded to a fan who inquired, “Will you give the twins matchy matchy names?”

McKee shared that “the babies will have 3 syllable J names.”

“Khesanio and I both have 3 syllable names. So I wanted three syllables. And all of his mother’s grandbabies have names that start with a J!” replied McKee.

McKee has three older children, Gannon, 13, Jaxie, 10, and Broncs, 7, fathered by her ex-husband, Josh McKee.

MacKenzie McKee Spoke About Undergoing IVF to Conceive Her Twins

McKee documented undergoing IVF (In vitro fertilization) to conceive her twins during the second season of “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.” McKee decided to undergo fertility treatment because she had a tubal ligation after she had Broncs.

In a separate April 18 Instagram Story, McKee said IVF “was very challenging” and her hormones caused her to act differently than she would normally. McKee also shared that her fiance “was so patient and strong throughout it all.”

MacKenzie McKee Has Spoken Positively About Her Fiance

McKee announced that Hall proposed to her after less than two years of dating in a June 2024 Instagram upload.

“I can not believe I get to marry the most amazing human on earth! My best friend. I love you so much @khezzii,” read the caption of the post.

People magazine reported that McKee has made positive comments about her fiance throughout their relationship. For instance, in “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” season 2, McKee said that Hall is more present in her children’s lives than their biological father.

“What I want is for Josh to be more involved in their lives, but he’s just not. These kids love their dad but Khes is also dad now and he is consistency and he’s been solid for two years. Josh and I were together for 10 years. I can’t even tell you a month that my kids had something that was solid,” said McKee while filming the episode.

During a June 2024 interview with the publication, she said her “kids are raised by Khes.”

“So he is security for all of us. The hero that came to our rescue. I love his love for them. It’s not just a stepdad relationship, it’s a true love deep in his heart. I know my kids wouldn’t want life any other way than for Khes to be a part of it forever,” said McKee during the June 2024 People magazine interview.
