Mackenzie McKee is pregnant— with twins!

The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star made the announcement on The Drew Barrymore Show on Monday, revealing to Drew Barrymore that the IVF process she and her fiancé Khesanio Hall have been documenting on and off the show was successful— very successful.

“No one knows I’m pregnant but I am!” Mackenzie gleefully announced, with her co-star Briana DeJesus sitting by her side.

She then revealed that “there’s two in there!”

Then, joking about her past history of having unplanned “oopsie babies,” the mom of three stated, “It was planned— finally!”

(As ‘Teen Mom’ fans know, Mackenzie shares three kids– Gannon, Jaxie and Broncs— with her ex-husband Josh McKee, although Josh is not very involved in his kids’ lives.)

Mackenzie trying to decide if Khes might go for naming their twins Stallion and Buck….

Mackenzie and Khes– who has no children of his own—went to Brown Fertility Center to discuss their options about having a baby, due to Mack having had her tubes tied after her son Broncs was born. They pursed IVF and documented the process on ‘Next Chapter,’ but had not yet revealed to the public that the procedure had been successful.

“We loved being a part of @mackenziemckee & @khezzii fertility journey! Giving family’s their miracle(s) is so special to us! Congrats to you both and to the many others on their journey to parenthood,” the fertility clinic wrote in the comment section of the post.

After the news broke, Khes took to his Instagram to announce the news himself.

“Say you’re forever blessed without saying you’re forever blessed!” he wrote in the caption of a sonogram photo showing two babies. “2 little soccer stars will be coming soon!! Mom and dad can’t wait to meet you both!”

On a recent episode of ‘Next Chapter,’ Mackenzie explained that there was a good possibility they could end up having twins, due to the IVF process.

“We are choosing to transfer two [embryos],” Mack said, adding that they transferred two because there will be an 80 percent chance that at least one of them will be successful.

“However, this comes with the risk that there’s a 20 percent chance that both of them stick and you have twins,” she said. “There’s a two percent chance that these both split and now you’ve got four [babies]!”

While both Mack and Khes agreed that having four babies would be “very bad,” Mackenzie explained that she would rather be told she was pregnant with twins, than not pregnant at all, due to the toll the IVF has taken on her body. (Mack is a Type 1 diabetic who had high-risk pregnancies with her other kids.)

“I don’t think I can go through this again, to be very honest,” she said.

Mackenzie and Khes got engaged in 2024, and Mack has stated how wonderful Khes has been to her children.

“He did not have kids until he met me,” Mackenzie has said of Khes. “Now he’s the best parent I’ve ever met.”

“I’m just really happy and I’ve never had this kind of love,” Mackenzie— who was unhappily married to Josh from 2013 until 2022— said in another interview last year. “I just really, really look up to [Khes] as a person and he just kind of stepped in and raised these kids.”
