“Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” star MacKenzie McKee shared how her family and friends reacted to the news she is pregnant with twins.
In an April 25 Instagram upload, McKee showed that she and her fiance, Khesanio Hall, traveled to Oklahoma to let her father, Brad Douthit, sisters, Whitney and Kaylee, her brother, Zeke, and friends know that they are expecting twins.

When she told her family and friends about the twins, they reacted in disbelief and excitement.
“No way! Are you serious? I told you you were a Fertile Myrtle,” said Douthit.

“Surprising Family!” captioned McKee, who conceived her twins via IVF.
McKee has three older children, Gannon, Jaxie, and Broncs, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Josh McKee.
