TEEN Mom Amber Portwood's missing fiance has now been spotted in New Mexico after he was last seen in Oklahoma, and he is still considered a missing person police confirm.
North Carolina cops exclusively revealed to The U.S. Sun that Amber's 39-year-old fiance Gary Wayt turned up in New Mexico after going missing Sunday and is apparently traveling across the country.

"We have information that he was in New Mexico at one point," the statement from police read.
"Gary will stay a missing person until he contacts Bryson City Police or contacts another law enforcement officer," it concluded, before asking for the public to contact them with any information.
As The U.S. Sun first exclusively revealed, the Teen Mom star's new fiance was with her attending her brother's wedding in the remote mountain of North Carolina when they got into an argument on Sunday.
The argument ended when Gary stormed out of the cabin around 6 pm Sunday night, taking only the car keys and his wallet, and disappearing.

By 4 pm Monday, a distraught Amber called local police to report her new beau missing.
When he vanished, the pair were a ways away from their Indianapolis, Indiana home.
"We know he is not in this area. We know he is driving his vehicle. We have confirmed that he is in a different state," the law enforcement source added.
On Tuesday, Gary was spotted in Oklahoma, more than a 10-hour drive from North Carolina.

Police confirmed that Gary had turned up at an Oklahoma Verizon store, but gave little further information earlier this week.
It's another 7-and-a-half-hour drive from Oklahoma to New Mexico.

The fairly new couple spent last weekend in Bryson City for her brother Shawn Portwood's wedding to his longtime girlfriend, Rachel Williams.
In photos exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, the couple seemed happy together and were enjoying the celebration on June 6, before things took a turn for the worse and an argument ensued on Sunday.

Gary left the cabin with only his wallet and car keys and hasn't been heard from since.
He has not been seen or heard from since.
One source familiar with the investigation said it was a relief that it appears he is okay, though they wondered if he even knows he's a missing person since he doesn't have his phone.
"He might not even know he's a missing person at this point since he hasn't had his phone and only took his wallet and the car."
The pair have been dating since last year, and just got engaged in late May.
The 39-year-old was also just introduced to Teen Mom fans during this current season of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.

The MTV star has documented her life as a teen mom starting from her days on 16 and Pregnant and then on Teen Mom OG.
Her difficult journey with her relationships with her two children, neither of whom she has custody of, have played out on the show.
