Teen Mom: The Next Chapter is back — and this time, the OG kids are turning 16.
The long-running reality show dropped the first trailer for Season 2B on Friday, December 20, and with it came a lot of growing pains for the moms (and dads) who are watching their children turn the same age as they were when they had them.
The teaser features both Maci Bookout's son Bentley and Amber Portwood's daughter Leah — whom the Teen Mom OG alums welcomed during the 2009 premiere of 16 and Pregnant — turning 16, and everything that comes with it. For Leah, it's getting behind the wheel of a car; for Bentley, it's reflecting on his mom's teen pregnancy and how he'd feel if he were in her position.
"I don't know what I'd do if I had a kid right now," the teen muses to his mom on-camera.
While Leah and Bentley are the only of the two Teen Mom OG kids on the show, the trailer shows all of the cast's kids growing up before their very eyes — including Mackenzie Douthit's eldest son, Gannon.
"You're like, a teenager," Mackenzie tells the 13-year-old at the end of the trailer, joking: "Do you have hairy armpits?" (Gannon, meanwhile, shouts, "No!" as he quickly darts away from his mom, who is attempting to lift the sleeves of his shirt up.)
Other fan-favorites featured in the trailer include Leah Messer's 14-year-old twin daughters Ali and Aleeah, as well as returning cast members Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra, Gary Shirley, Briana DeJesus, Cheyenne Davis and more.
Teen Mom fans ready for another dose of drama can tune into Teen Mom: The Next Chapter when it airs on January 30 at 8 p.m. ET on MTV.
