The New York Rangers are looking to rebound after a very sloppy OT loss to Utah with the Detroit Red Wings coming to town. The Red Wings are the new Tampa/Columbus, where they seem to collect former Rangers. Andrew Copp, Vlad Tarasenko, Patrick Kane, Tyler Motte, and Erik Gustafsson are all wearing red now, though Gustafsson has been a healthy scratch a few times.
Matt Rempe appears to be the healthy scratch, and perhaps we are seeing a true rotation between Rempe and Jonny Brodzinski until one of them wins. Or perhaps Sam Carrick, who is off to a decent start, falls off a cliff and one of Brodzinski or Rempe (both play center in Hartford) takes that 4C role.
