From chart-topping podcast host to best-selling author and fashion entrepreneur, Paige DeSorbo proves she’s thriving since ending her three-year relationship with “Southern Charm” star Craig Conover.
Paige DeSorbo and Hannah Berner Named to TIME100 Creators List
DeSorbo is officially in her post-breakup power era. The “Summer House” star and “Giggly Squad” co-host was just named to the TIME100 Creators list for 2025 alongside best friend and podcast partner Hannah Berner. The honor comes as the duo’s unfiltered podcast continues to dominate the charts, with more than 44 million downloads and a devoted fan base that fills live tour venues.
It all started in 2020, when the pair hopped on Instagram Live during the pandemic—no strategy, no branding, just pure chemistry. “There wasn’t a business plan; there still isn’t a business plan,” Berner told TIME. “But when two people earnestly love what they’re doing and are passionate about it, everything comes together.”
That authenticity has propelled both women into major career moments. Berner has a Netflix comedy special and DeSorbo, 32, is now a successful entrepreneur thanks to her loungewear line, Daphne, named after her beloved cat. The duo also co-hosted Vanity Fair’s Oscars party livestream and became New York Times best-selling authors with their joint release “How to Giggle: A Guide to Taking Life Less Seriously.”
For DeSorbo, the TIME100 recognition is just the latest milestone in a year that’s proven she doesn’t need a romantic storyline to shine.
The Bravoleb Revealed Why She Was Forced to Go Public About Her Split
DeSorbo kept quiet about her split from “Southern Charm’s” Craig Conover—until his behavior forced her to speak up. During Part 1 of the “Summer House” season 9 reunion, she revealed that the couple officially ended their relationship in mid-December 2024, though they initially split weeks earlier in late November.
“We didn’t discuss how the breakup would go after,” DeSorbo told Andy Cohen. “But I told him that I was going to put a statement out on my podcast when I realized he was, like, on vacation being single.”
She was referring to Conover’s highly visible Aspen trip over the holidays. “He was out at bars, there were girls around, people had pictures, they were on the internet,” she said. “And I was like, ‘I’m not gonna respond to that. I’d rather be the one to say, We broke up; he’s fine to, like, be out right now and be doing his thing.’”
The day after the final installment of the reunion, DeSorbo announced her departure from “Summer House.”
“I have a little life update for you: I’ve made the decision not to return to ‘Summer House’,” she wrote on her Instagram stories.
“Being part of this show has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — the friendship, the drama, the giggles. All unforgettable,” she added. “But like all good things (and some bad decisions), it’s time for this chapter to close…You’ve seen me grow over these last seven summers. I’ll always be beyond grateful for the memories, the community, and the opportunities this wild ride has brought me.”
