In Southern Charm Season 10, Episode 8, Patricia Altschul let it slip to Madison LeCroy that Shep Rose's then-girlfriend Sienna Evans might not have been completely honest with him about the start of their relationship.
While cozied up in Patricia's mansion with caviar and champagne, the longtime friends got to chatting — and the truth came out.
"I met Shep's girlfriend, Sienna, and I think she's a lovely girl," said Madison, adding that Sienna is "26 [with] a lot of energy."
In a flashback to Rodrigo Reyes' dog's birthday party, Sienna revealed to guests (including Madison, Shep, and Patricia's son Whitney Sudler-Smith) that her grandmother is "like the President of the Southern Charm fan club."
Sienna continued that her grandmother is basically "the reason I even went on a date with Shep in the first place."
While Sienna was up-front about knowing who Shep was from Southern Charm thanks to her grandmother, Patricia went on to reveal something Sienna was not as forthcoming about.
"Well, between you and me, [Sienna] approached Whitney before Shep," Patricia said, causing Madison to gasp and ask,"Where?"
"Wait, I'll think of the name of it," Patricia replied, dropping her voice before adding "It's for, like, millionaires...?"
"Raya?" Madison guessed, referring to the ultra-exclusive dating app that includes celebrities among its users.
Madison was floored. "Patricia has the best gossip in town, hands down," she said in a confessional. "Everything she says, I'm like, 'I hadn't heard that before.'"
Back in the historic mansion, Patricia told Madison, "I said to Whitney, 'You owe it to Shep to tell him.'" However, Whitney's response to his mother was apparently, "No, and don't tell anybody."
Now that Patricia had done just that, she told Madison with a laugh, "He's gonna kill me."
During an interview, Patricia elaborated that Whitney "should have known better" than to tell his mom that Sienna contacted him first, and that Sienna's behavior "Screams 'ulterior motives.'"
The revelation led Madison to see Sienna in a new light. "When I was talking to Sienna, she's like, 'I would love to hang out with y'all again,'" she shared, to which Patricia responded, "It sounds like she's working a lot of angles here."
