Patrick Mahomes shows first footage of 2025 revenge tour along with divisive new look

There are several teams around the NFL who are in the midst of a crucial offseason for the franchise. But perhaps no other teams' decisions are more important than the Kansas City Chiefs ahead of the 2025 season. Following a brutal showing in the Super Bowl, the Chiefs need to find a way to stay on top of the AFC.

With some aging veterans on the team, it won't be easy, especially since they command large contracts that don't allow for much salary cap flexibility for the front office. Still, the team has already made a few moves, with the main focus being on getting Patrick Mahomes the proper help. Offensive line and wide receiver are the top positions of need, as both were exposed in the Chiefs' loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Mahomes didn't play well either, but he didn't have much of a chance in that game environment. Still, he very much feels wholly to blame for the offense's performance in the game. Mahomes has taken the time to reset mentally and physically, but this week, he was seen intensely working out with longtime trainer Bobby Stroupe.

Patrick Mahomes' new haircut divides fans

What also caught fans' eyes was Mahomes' haircut, which he has shown off over the past few weeks. It's taken some fans time to get used to, but some are starting to really like it.

Mahomes has had short hair in the past, particularly in his younger days, but he has kept it relatively long while in the NFL.

Mahomes seems to be trying something new, which will hopefully lead to a renewed version of Mahomes in 2025.
