“Dancing With the Stars” pro Peta Murgatroyd and her husband, Maks Chmerkovskiy, are more in love than ever before. After welcoming two more kids to their brood, making them a family of five, the two reality television stars are thriving in their marriage.
“My life will always be with you @maksimc. Thank you for this joyous, chaotic, magical time in our lives, you make everything better,” Murgatroyd captioned an Instagram post on February 14.
“My Valentine Forever and Ever xo …It’s now over 10 years together & 8 years married,” she added.
Chmerkovskiy popped up in the comments writing, “None of this life without you! Happy Valentine’s Day!” He included the word “pickles” at the end, which is how he and Murgatroyd first started saying “I love you” before they actually said the words. They shared this tidbit on the February 14 episode of the “Amy & T.J.” podcast.

Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd are parents to three boys; 7-year-old Shai, 1-year-old Rio, and 7-month-old Milan. They also have a dog named Hachi. And while things may be hectic at home, Murgatroyd and Chmerkovskiy’s love for one another remains top tier — and fans love to see it.
“You guys are adorable together! Beautiful family,” one person commented on Murgatroyd’s Valentine’s Day post.
“You both are awesome and love seeing your kids growing up,” someone else wrote.

On the December 23, 2024, episode of the “Lightweights” podcast, Chmerkovskiy shared how things have been going since the couple expanded their family.
“I would not want to do this with anybody but Peta,” Chmerkovskiy said.
“In the good times and the bad times. When she’s frustrating…when she can’t believe she did this and not that… In the best of times, I look at her and I’m like, I cannot believe that she’s doing all this the way she is,” he explained.
“Throughout all of those, I would never want to do it with anybody but. I don’t know what the future holds, but , you know, this relationship is definitely not, you know, another one of those, like, ‘maybe it will work, maybe it won’t.’ We committed for the right reason. I’m not looking at this like, ‘if it won’t work, there’s always divorce,'” he continued, adding, “I just want to do this life thing with Peta.”
