Brittany Eady is an entrepreneur, model, and businesswoman from Georgia. But in a handful of weeks, her newest gig will air, courtesy of Season 16 of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Brit will not be the only new face this season. Her fellow newbies include Kelli Ferrell and Angela Oakley. Returning to this series are Kenya Moore (for a minute), Drew Sidora, Porsha Williams, and Shamea Morton Mwangi, and yes, the latter has appeared off and on since Season 5, but this will be her first time holding a Georgia peach. Later on in the season, Phaedra Parks will also join in.
But, back to Brit. We already know she will face troubles with Kenya. These two are rumored to be fighting this season. Okay, part of this season, as Kenya clapped back too hard and got herself suspended from filming.

So, who is this brave woman named Brit? And what does she do for a living when arguing with Kenya on RHOA?
An overview of the personal aspects that make Brit Eady thrive
Personally speaking, Brit appears to be thriving. Meaning that she has a dog, so she has everything she needs. She also has a husband named Michael Cunningham, who recently sat down with his wife for a chat on the Love and Fly Sh*t podcast. Here, Brit hinted (with an appropriate side of delicate shade) that they have the healthiest relationship on the cast of RHOA.
Michael is her strength, as he never “dims” her light. Brit “can [act] sexy or fun or, on the flip side, get dolled up and attend a charity event.” Either way, Michael will remain confident in their union. They have the perfect balance as a duo, as Michael only supports her while never watering her down, she stressed.
However, Brit also notes that she and Michael have evolved with time. They understand that marriages take work, so they have matured, making sure they always act respectfully towards each other, both in private and public. Brit “move[s] like a wife” now, as she and Michael represent each other in all settings.
And now, I am excited to watch this supportive and fun-loving couple when RHOA Season 16 debuts on Bravo.
Brit Eady has an impressive career

As Brit explained on the podcast above, she is more than a reality television star. She is also an entrepreneur, building an Insurance Agency from the ground up with Allstate. Then, she sold it. This sale is not a negative aspect, as Brit notes that this was always her goal as a businesswoman.
Brit signed a 3-year contract with Allstate in 2020. But only 2 years in, Brit had already completed her contract, as her sales were just that high. After this sale, Brit took her winnings and decided to try something different, yet in the same field. Now, she owns a company called Agency Jump Start, where she coaches and sells insurance education tools to agents and prospects in this field.
Brit remains active with her business, AKA her “baby,” though we might not hear much about it on RHOA. According to Brit, “certain individuals have thrown salt on” her “reputation and business.” Therefore, she lives in a protective mode with her career. But Brit still sells insurance while pursuing even more “business ventures” because she can, as her career has made her rich.
Does this mean her refrigerator is non-white? IYKYK.
What the RHOA Season 16 sneak peek and leaked narratives are saying about Brit Eady
The trailer for RHOA Season 16 looks great (to some fans). In this, we got our first look at Brit, who is “serving face” and “body” like “a Barbie” in Georgia. After kicking her high-heeled leg into the air while sitting behind the wheel of an expensive Ferrari, I say Brit looks like she is nothing but a good time.
Shockingly, this sneak peek edited out most of her mess with Kenya. All we can see of their showdown is Kenya asking, “Who is this ho?” to the room. Then, Cynthia notes that this moment “couldn’t go any lower” while Brit cries, asking, “She thinks that’s okay?” Cue Porsha, hysterically quipping (as she does), “That was Kenya’s choice to twirl on down to hell.”
Shortly after their last fight was filmed, leaked narratives began making their way onto the internet. The outlets were saying that Brit allegedly threatened Kenya with a gun, so Kenya unveiled explicit pictures of Brit while the Bravo cameras were rolling. Kenya had the upper hand at this moment, as the cast had gathered to celebrate the grand opening of her Kenya Moore Hair Spa. But her selected artwork was a big mistake.
Kenya received a suspension from filming. Several beats later, she took full accountability for her actions. It all looks messy. So yes, I will be watching RHOA Season 16 on Bravo.
