Lynne Curtin’s daughter, Alexa Curtin, was sentenced to six days in Orange County Jail for possession of meth after skipping out on a series of court hearings.

RHOC Alum Lynne Curtin's Daughter Alexa Sentenced to Jail for Possession of Meth After Skipping Several Court Hearings

Years after an August 2022 police encounter led to charges of meth possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, including a device used for “unlawfully injecting or smoking a controlled substance,” Alexa, 32, the youngest child of the 68-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County alum, served time behind bars.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on July 8, Alexa, 32, was booked on June 3 due to an outstanding warrant and pleaded guilty to all counts with the help of a public defender. However, despite being sentenced to six days, she only served three since she’d already spent time in jail, seemingly after her initial booking in 2022.

Following her August 2022 arrest, Alexa failed to attend a December 2022 hearing and another in August 2023. From there, an arrest warrant was filed against her with bail set at $10,000. Still, even after being served the warrant in January 2024 by the Garden Grove Police Department, who did not place her under arrest, Alexa skipped a third hearing set for March 2024, and another warrant was issued. The following month, in April 2024, Alexa was pulled over for an expired registration, cited for the outstanding warrants, and ordered to court in June 2024. After skipping the fourth hearing, Alexa was served yet again last month, sentenced to six days in jail, and ordered to pay over $200 in fines.

As RHOC fans may recall, Alexa has made headlines over the years due to her run-ins with the law, and she was awarded $2 million after accusing an Orange County sheriff of sexual assault in 2017. Two years later, she faced charges of “possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, petty theft, vandalism, and driving under the influence,” per Us Weekly.

As for Lynne, she filed for divorce from Frank Curtin in December 2012 after over two decades of marriage. But in 2017, after failing to settle their split, the case was dismissed. Then, in July 2023, a second filing made in April 2019 was thrown out for the same reason.

Lynne Curtin and her family were featured on The Real Housewives of Orange County‘s fourth and fifth seasons, and Lynne also made guest appearances on season six and season 10.
