Paige DeSorbo is showing off her “dream apartment” in New York City’s Upper West Side just months after moving in.
In a series of videos and photos, the 31-year-old Summer House cast member has taken fans inside her new home, giving them a look at its stunning features, which include high ceilings, neutral hues, and a space just for her boyfriend, Craig Conover, 36.
“An apartment fit for a modern-day Holly Golightly. Endlessly swooning over [Paige DeSorbo]’s abode in an iconic Upper West Side building, decorated with the dreamiest pieces in our collection,” home decor company CB2 captioned a video of Paige’s space on Instagram.
In the living room of Paige’s apartment is a massive chandelier, which hangs above a sitting area with modern designs.
Behind the sitting area are tall windows with a painting in between.
As Paige posed alongside her fireplace, its marble and wood details were on display.
Another view of the space showcased its simplistic design and minimal color.
In Paige’s bedroom is a blue couch and large windows.
Paige’s apartment is situated high above the street it’s on, boasting stunning views of the area.
According to Paige, she has had her eye on the apartment building she’s now living in since she moved to the city a decade ago.
“I used to look into the building and just be like, ‘Oh, my God, I love this so much. I would die to live there,’” Paige recalled to PEOPLE on September 25.
Then, earlier this year, an apartment became available.
“I freaked out. It truly was fate,” Paige admitted. “I didn’t even remember the building when I was looking for a new apartment. And so then when my real estate agent wanted to go look at it, we were about to walk in and he was like, ‘Okay, don’t act like you love it.’ And right when I stepped in the door I was like, ‘No, sorry, I need this apartment.’”
After moving into the space in April, Paige partnered with CB2 to design an ideal space.
“It’s honestly my dream apartment,” she shared. “It’s everything I could have ever imagined. I feel like I don’t live in New York City and I live in Paris, and it’s just the ultimate princess palace.”
When decorating, Paige opted for big pieces of furniture with neutral hues since they would be harder to change out later. She also wanted the entire space to be cohesive with just one accent color: baby blue.
“Living in New York, you never get to have a sectional. I just really wanted one so that when people came over everyone could lay on the couch,” she explained, noting that Ciara Miller, 28, and Amanda Batula, 33, have visited and “loved it.”
As for Craig, Paige confirmed he has his own closet at her apartment.
“It’s so funny, when I was moving out of my old apartment, Craig was so sad because when we first started dating, I had just moved into that apartment and so we just had a lot of memories there,” she recalled. “I was like, ‘But when we get into the new apartment in the first 24 hours, you’re going to forget about the old apartment.’ And he absolutely did.”
Because Paige didn’t want to “disrespect” the apartment’s pre-existing charm, she focused on built-in pieces and allowed her two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, to be “the centerpieces.”
Funny enough, Paige’s new cat, Daphne, likes to sleep in her bedroom fireplace, which is non-working.
“This is really Daphne’s apartment and she just lets me stay here,” she laughed. “And I think it honestly was the universe that I was like, ‘Oh, I want baby blue to be the accent color.’ And then when I got my cat, she has piercing baby blue eyes, so it almost looks like I got her to match the apartment. And honestly, I kind of did.”
In another post shared on its Instagram page, CB2 included several images of the interior of Paige’s new home.
“An apartment fit for a modern-day Holly Golightly,” the wrote. “Tastemaker and TV personality [Paige DeSorbo] trusted CB2 Design Services to create a calming yet fashion-forward retreat in an iconic Upper West Side building … Lush pastels, dreamy travertine accents, and objects that feel collected from vintage markets. One word: swoon.”
Summer House season nine is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
