Kathryn Dennis’ Unhealthy Appearance Worries Fans

When Season 1 of Southern Charm premiered in 2014, Kathryn Dennis made her presence known. Although she was billed as a “friend” initially, by Season 2, she was a force to be reckoned with. She had a past with several of the key men on the series and eventually hooked up with much older Thomas Ravenel. Kathryn was just twenty-one when she and Thomas, 50, started a romance. They were very on and off but welcomed two children. Despite his life being scandalous, Kathryn’s personal problems caused her to lose custody to Thomas.

Eventually, she worked on getting her life back together, her look drastically changing from feisty redhead to platinum blonde. After Season 8, Kathryn exited but was still in the public eye due to car accidents and mishaps. Now, she is back on social media and has gone on a rampage against the current stars of the show. In the clip, she appears skeletal and gaunt, as well as unhinged. It was terrifying because Kathryn has been losing weight, but this is next level. Her face was so slim that her nose did not even look correct.

Southern Charm fans who saw the clip were worried for Kathryn Dennis. They could tell she was visibly unwell and not healthy by any means. It was also noted that she was rambling as she filmed her video, which was even more disturbing. No one wanted to see this and felt awful for her kids having to be around Kathryn in this state. Of course, some defended her appearance, saying she was sans makeup.
