Things are going from bad to worse for Southern Charm’s Shep Rose following his explosive breakup with Sienna — and according to Craig Conover, the aftermath was nothing short of a complete unraveling.
Sources close to the cast say Shep has been struggling behind the scenes, masking heartbreak with heavy drinking and reckless behavior. But it all came to a head during a recent guys’ trip to Atlantic City, where Shep’s emotional spiral turned into a full-blown meltdown.
“He was so drunk he couldn’t stand,” Craig revealed. “We had to carry him out of the casino. It wasn’t just the booze — it was everything boiling over. He’s not okay.”
The Breakup That Broke Him
Shep and Sienna’s whirlwind romance had seemed like a turning point for Charleston’s most infamous bachelor. But after months of tension and rumors of commitment issues, Sienna finally called it quits — leaving Shep blindsided.
“He didn’t see it coming,” an insider close to Shep shared. “Sienna was done with the drinking, the games, and always feeling like an option. She wanted something serious. He couldn’t give her that.”
Since the split, Shep has been seen out partying more than ever — but friends say the fun is just a mask for the pain.
The Casino Collapse
According to Craig, Shep’s emotional state hit rock bottom in Atlantic City. “It was bad,” he said. “One minute he was joking around, the next he was screaming at a blackjack dealer about ‘losing everything.’ We didn’t know if he meant money or Sienna.”
Security was eventually called, and while no one was arrested, the incident left the group shaken.
Friends Are Worried
Craig and other castmates have expressed serious concern for Shep’s mental health, urging him to take time to heal rather than self-destruct. “He’s hurting more than he’ll ever admit,” Craig said. “And if he doesn’t deal with it, he’s going to lose more than just Sienna.”
With the cameras rolling and emotions at an all-time high, fans can expect this season of Southern Charm to show Shep like never before — raw, heartbroken, and at the edge of losing it all.
