In a jaw-dropping statement that’s reignited one of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ most polarizing feuds, Erika Girardi is setting the record straight — and this time, she’s not holding back on Garcelle Beauvais.
While Erika claims she’s “deeply sorry” for past tension with Garcelle’s teenage son Jax, she says the real issue isn’t her drunken outburst — it’s Garcelle’s parenting.
“I owned what I did. I apologized to Jax — directly,” Erika snapped. “But Garcelle? She turned it into a storyline. A sympathy campaign. And while she was crying on camera, that boy was out there raising himself.”
Erika vs. Garcelle — Round Two
Fans may have thought the tension had fizzled out, but Erika just poured gasoline on the fire. In a recent podcast appearance, she accused Garcelle of playing the “eternal victim” — using her motherhood narrative to deflect from her own shortcomings.
“She loves to play saint and survivor, but ask anyone close to her — she’s not the mom she makes herself out to be. She was more focused on being booked and busy than present,” Erika claimed.
“That Boy Deserved a Mother — Not a Press Tour”
According to Erika, the real damage wasn’t what happened between her and Jax — but the way Garcelle handled it afterward. “Jax needed protection,” she said. “And Garcelle was too busy filming confessional interviews and building a brand to actually be there.”
Erika insists her own pain — legal, emotional, financial — never stopped her from showing up for those who mattered. “Say what you want about me,” she added, “but I don’t use my children’s pain to score points on TV.”
Garcelle Has Yet to Respond — But Fans Are Already Choosing Sides
Bravo insiders say Garcelle is “deeply hurt” by Erika’s renewed attack, especially given the progress they appeared to make last season. But sources close to Erika say she’s tired of being painted as the villain — especially by someone she calls “a master of media manipulation.”
“I’ve apologized for my part,” Erika said. “But maybe it’s time someone held her accountable for hers.”
