Southern Charm Alum Kathryn Dennis Shares Disturbing Video Bashing New Cast Member

Once again, Southern Charm fans are feeling concerned about Kathryn Dennis. The franchise OG posted a bizarre video on her Instagram Story, taking aim at one of the newer cast members. The post has expired, but we’ve got the transcript. It’s mind-boggling.

In the since-deleted Instagram Story, Kathryn threw shade at a cast member who supposedly dyed their hair red ahead of Season 11. Apparently, Kathryn thinks this person is trying to be like her.

“I heard on the next season that someone buys the same car, dyes their hair the same color as me, of course, the OG,” Kathryn began in the video.

“And then it’s because they tried to put the E before the Y,” she continued. “Oops, did i just accidentally bust your arc for Season 11, which is, I think, 2.5 aka like you’re trying to be my season season, which is super lame, but also kind of weird.”

So, was she talking about Salley Carson? It seems that way, but it’s hard to tell because the remainder of the video was incoherent rambling.

“So second season in 2018, did I just accidentally read your script? Because if you have the first name of every cast member. Oh, algorithms,” Kathryn said in the video.

She continued, “And she sells seashells by the seashore, LOL. Tortued poet, babe. Tortured Edgar Allan Poe. Bro this is not broccolni. This is the O of the storm, baby. Unfold. And say Bravo, the opera sang the name, the fake one. Gosh, I’m sorry, it’s you.”

Kathryn didn’t look like herself in the video, which makes this even more uncomfortable. Plus, it’s just the latest in a pattern of concerning behavior in the years following her exit from Bravo.

The same year she announced her exit from Bravo, she lost custody of her children and was involved in a hit-and-run case. The following year, she got picked up for DUI. The dashcam video of her post-arrest meltdown went viral.

With all of that in mind, we’re wishing Kathryn the best and hope for her health and happiness. And as far as Salley’s dye job goes, we looked at her Instagram and she did debut a new hairdo. It’s not red.
