Stassi Turned Down A VPR Comeback

Before being asked to be a lead cast member on The Valley, Stassi recently admitted that she was asked to return to Vanderpump Rules.

Specifically, a producer came forward with the opportunity for her to come back to the series, either for Season 9 or Season 10. Ultimately, the reality star turned down the offer.

Schroeder explained that she was genuinely considering the idea, but she felt like it was time for her to take more control of the future of her career.

It worked out for the best because it turned out to be bogus. The producer hadn’t received the official greenlight from Bravo before the offer was brought to her.

So if she decided to agree to return to the show, she still would have risked being rejected by the network. Which, was highly likely since they terminated her for a racist incident following Season 8.

Stassi’s Upcoming TV Roles

Just because the VPR deal fell through and she declined to join The Valley, it doesn’t mean that Stassi is done with television. In fact, she’s just getting started.

For starters, she will be joining her former boss Lisa Vanderpump in the second season of Vanderpump Villa. It’s unclear what her exact role will be in the show, so only time will tell.

It’s also been announced that she will star in a TV series of her own, titled Stassi Says. The Hulu series has been described as a comedy show that Schroeder will also be executive producing.

Needless to say, even though she won’t be coming back to Bravo anytime soon, Stassi is managing her TV life without the network just fine.

Viewers Are Torn Over Stassi’s Comeback

In a Reddit thread, people rushed to share their reactions to the news of Stassi’s upcoming TV opportunities.

Based on the controversy that led to her Bravo termination, some people aren’t too pleased that Stassi is getting all of these opportunities.

“Ugh, why does this racist still have a platform,” one person commented. Another Reddit user agreed and said. “I would move on if this lady was remorseful and made positive change. I’ve seen none of that.”

Others are thrilled and more than willing to give Stassi a second chance. One fan wrote “WOW! Good for her,” with another adding, “Literally can’t wait.”
