Jesse Solomon opened up about a fight he had with Lindsay Hubbard off-camera while appearing on Tinx‘s podcast on Friday.

Summer House's Jesse Solomon Reveals Off-Camera Fight With Lindsay, Accuses Lexi of "Projecting," and Denies Pursuing Ciara, Plus Confirms He Invested in Carl's Soft Bar

As he also clapped back at Lexi Wood‘s claims of love-bombing and the many other accusations she’s made against him, he denied ever pursuing Ciara Miller, 29, and confirmed he invested in Carl Radke‘s soft bar, the 31-year-old Summer House cast member admitted he was glad Lindsay, 38, didn’t viciously attack him amid season nine as he reflected on their unseen encounter.

“There was one time the first summer where she came for my head and they didn’t show it. Thank God,” he recalled on the May 16 episode of SiriusXM’s It’s Me, Tinx. “I was just like, I’m so naive about the whole, like this being a show thing because I’m like, ‘Lindsay, we’re with all our best friends in a mansion in the Hamptons, can’t you and Carl, your fiance, just go one weekend [and] get along.’ She’s like, ‘Our best friends? You just f*cking got here, Jesse.’ And I was like, ‘Oh my God, I’m so sorry.’ I was like, ‘You’re right.'”

Moving on to the current season, which saw a whirlwind romance between him and Lexi, 27, followed by a messy parting of ways, Jesse admitted that he didn’t know what love bombing was before she accused him of it.

“It’s just like my game, I guess for lack of a better phrase. There’s a beautiful girl that I was excited about, and you know, I’m not gonna win her over easily by just being like some quiet guy in the corner. I’m very complimentary to all girls. So I think I was just trying to impress her and win her over,” he explained, acknowledging that while love bombing is bad by definition, he was not trying to “gain control” with the tactic.

“I just came on strong and I really liked her,” he noted. “[I was] so excited for the filming to be over so we [could] like, try to date like normal people.”

Unfortunately, after getting his toe sucked by another woman, which he admitted he “shouldn’t have” done, and flirting heavily with Ciara, Lexi lost trust and went on a press tour against him, which he believes is projection.

“I just feel like she’s projecting, like all these things that she’s accusing me of are really what she was doing,” he suspected. “I’m not a liar. I’m not this mastermind manipulator. Like, did I make some mistakes? Sure. But just wasn’t all that.”

Then, after refusing to answer if he’d like to see her return for season 10, saying, “Next question,” Jesse moved on to his relationship with Ciara.

“Ciara is hot … But I wasn’t pursuing her romantically. Like if I was, I would’ve made that clear,” he insisted. “[Ciara’s] a close friend … She’s great.”

Also, during the interview, Jesse confirmed he is “an investor” in Carl’s new bar.

“I support my friends’ endeavors. I think any brick-and-mortar operation is a risky endeavor, and I think he’s going about it in a great way,” he reasoned. “There’s lots of opportunities for like a coworking space during the day. And events at night. Like it’s not for sure gonna be a slam dunk. And it’s not for sure gonna be a failure, but if there’s an opportunity to have a sober bar work, it’s in Williamsburg, Greenpoint area. And there is like a whole sober movement right now. And lots of younger people aren’t drinking, so like it could work.”

Summer House season nine airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
