Tamra Judge Breaks Down in Emotional Podcast After ‘Quitting’ RHOC: ‘Full Depressed Mode’

Tamra Judge is getting real. The Real Housewives of Orange County star has been privately grappling with a lot these days. Her bestie Teddi Mellencamp’s health crisis has been a major weight on Teddi and everyone who cares about her, including Tamra. Meanwhile, Tamra is attempting to trudge on in the public eye.

Recently, Tamra made headlines by appearing to quit RHOC in the middle of filming for Season 19. It’s been unclear whether or not Tamra is officially quitting for good since it’s all based on a vague Instagram story. However, on a recent Two Ts in a Pod episode, Tamra broke down about her emotional state amidst all the chaos.

Tamra Judge “hit a wall” before she “quit” RHOC amid Teddi Mellencamp’s health crisis

Tamra kicked off the March 12 episode of the podcast with Dolores Catania as a guest host by admitting that she needs a break. From Teddi’s health crisis to other personal issues, Tamra is at a low point. “I just hit a wall and I feel like I’m in a full depressed mode,” she said. She added that the emotional turmoil has taken a physical toll on her. “I can just sit in one place and just stare at the wall for hours,” Tamra said. “It’s really hard to film like that when you feel like that.”

She’s maintained going to therapy, even though she wonders if she should “just quit” because it’s also overwhelming. “I went into the season not knowing, not sure, very anxious and just dealing with some stuff through therapy, and you know that really breaks you down to your lowest point,” she said. “I just feel like everything around me was starting to crumble and I just couldn’t take the extra pressure.”

However, Tamra admitted that spending time with Teddi has been the only thing to help bring her out of her funk. “Teddi gave me a pep talk and that is like the first time I’ve laughed in so long. Like, we laughed, and she just yelled at me and said, ‘Listen to me, if I have to be bald and fat right now and going through this. You get your ass back over there,’” she said.“So I think I’m going to see her today. So I think that’s gonna pull a little bit of spark back into me.”
