Teddi Mellencamp turned iHeartRadio Wango Tango 2025 into a family affair ahead of Mother’s Day.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum stepped out to introduce singer Meghan Trainor at the music festival in Huntington Beach, Calif., on Saturday.
She was joined onstage by her three kids, Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5, whom she shares with her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave.
Mellencamp’s stepdaughter, Isabella “Bella” Arroyave, was also present.
The Bravolebrity, 43, beamed while soaking in the spotlight. She wore a white suit with a pink top and oversized sunglasses.
Mellencamp and her kids also appeared to be in good spirits while posing on the carpet.
Mellencamp filed for divorce from Edwin last November after nearly 14 years of marriage.
But the exes have remained amicable as the TV personality battles stage 4 cancer.
Edwin, 48, explained why he decided to stay by his estranged wife’s side on an episode of “The Eds” podcast last month.
Mellencamp was initially diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in 2022 and subsequently underwent 16 surgeries, with the most recent one being last year.
However, Mellencamp’s health took another turn when doctors discovered “multiple tumors” in her brain in February.
At the time, she was rushed into emergency surgery and had four tumors removed, though doctors later uncovered more on her body, including two in her lungs and three more in her brain.
The reality star previously said she’s “fighting for [her] life” and revealed her chances of survival were “50/50” as she undergoes treatment.
However, earlier this month, Mellencamp shared a “positive” update that her tumors had “significantly shrunk,” saying doctors believe her treatment will be successful.
