Ryan Edwards’ Pregnant Girlfriend Amanda Connor Reveals Their Choice of Baby Name; Shades His Ex Mackenzie in Process

“I respectfully decline your name suggestion of Felony Melanie Edwards.”

Ryan is currently preparing to welcome his fourth child with his third baby mama (as you do), and his pregnant girlfriend Amanda recently gave fans insight on what they plan to name their baby girl.

Amanda asked her followers for name suggestions, and among the names offered up was one that managed to include a shoutout to all of Ryan’s three baby mamas.

“Macy MacKenzie Amanda Edwards,” one person (jokingly?) suggested.

“I like it…except the Mackenzie part,” Amanda replied.

Fans noticed that the Amazon Baby Wishlist that Amanda made and posted on her TikTok bio, she and Ryan are asking for a letter “P” for the baby’s room, indicating that the name they have chosen begins with “P.” Amanda confirmed it, adding that Presley is their “first pick” for names.

“Presley & Jagger? You really like them rock star baby names, don’t ya Ryan?”
“Wait. There’s a JAGGER?”

Amanda also added that she wants her daughter to have two middle names.

This will be the second child for Amanda, who has a son from another relationship. (She doesn’t currently have custody of him but does have visitation.) In a recent interview, Amanda said she’s happy to get another shot at being a mom.

“For me, I can enjoy this pregnancy and I have a second chance at motherhood. For Ryan, he is in a place that he hasn’t been in for a long time. We are excited to move forward from our past mistakes,” she said.

Amanda told Us Weekly that she plans to be open with her daughter about her and Ryan’s past.

“Honesty is one of my biggest things, honest about who you are, about who me and Ryan are, I want to be honest about that,” she said. “I don’t want to hide anything from her. I’m going to be very cautious. I don’t want to be a helicopter mom, but I don’t want our child to go through anything that we’ve had to go through. I just want her to be very open to the world, but strong-minded about certain things.”

Listeners Demand Answers As Kail Lowry & Her ‘Baby Mamas No Drama’ Podcast Co-Host Vee Torres Seemingly Feud

Baby Mamas No Drama…most of the time.

Things seem to be rocky between at Kail Lowry and Vee Torres and fans are claiming that the pair’s Baby Mamas No Drama podcast is suffering because of it!

Kail and Vee– who is the wife of Kail’s first baby daddy, Jo Rivera– have hosted the podcast together since September 2020. However, the pair has been recording and releasing solo podcast episodes in recent weeks (sometimes joined by a friend), leading many to speculate online that there is, in fact, some drama going on between these baby mamas.

Jo, low-key wishing his wife never got wrapped up in this mess to begin with…

Last week’s episode, which was released October 15, was the third new episode in a row that did not feature Kail and Vee together, though both hosts have yet to give listeners an explanation for the recent format. Fans also noticed that Kail and Vee no longer follow each other on Instagram, leading to more speculation that the two are feuding.

Fans flooded the comment section of the podcast’s most-recent post on Instagram, demanding that Vee and Kail tell them what’s happening with the podcast and their relationship.

“Wish they’d address the elephant in the room,” a fan recently commented. “I hope they mend things. Not a fan of solo episodes.”

“We your listeners respectfully need answers,” another wrote.

“Please address why you’re not podcasting together anymore!” someone else wrote.

“We all know some s**t happened,” another commented. “Please just address it so the loyal fans aren’t left in the dark! I know you’ll say it ain’t none of y’all’s business. But it is! We voted for you guys! You got an award yes because of your own hard work but also us fans!!! We  you both”

Other listeners suggested that Kail and Vee consider changing the name of their podcast given what’s presumably going on between them, while another insisted the two go to therapy to “sort this alleged s**t out.”

“Don’t let the rift of jealously and fame get between y’all,” the listener added.

During an appearance on Trisha Paytas‘ Just Trish podcast last week, Kail confirmed that things with at least one of her baby daddies are difficult right now.

“It’s been a little rocky,” she said when asked if she has good relationships with Jo, Javi Marroquin and Chris Lopez. “It’s been a lot rocky, for sure.” (She didn’t, however, specify which of her baby dadii she was talking about, though.)

“It’s us…probably.”

While fans are clearly unhappy with Kail and Vee taking a break from recording together, this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

As The Ashley previously told you, back in 2021, Kail and Vee released three episodes from July 6 to July 20 in which they recorded episodes separately. While the duo ultimately reunited and resumed co-hosting duties together on July 27, Vee told listeners earlier that month that she and Kail were recording separately “until we get our s**t together.” Meanwhile, Kail also confirmed during one of her solo episodes that she and Vee were having some issues.

“See? THIS is why I have 13 other podcasts to fall back on.”

Bentley Edwards Celebrates Birthday Party; About to Become the First “16 and Pregnant” Kid to Turn 16

“Now that you can be my DD, you’re definitely my favorite.”

As of next week, Bentley Edwards will officially be the same age that his mom, Maci Bookout, was when she made her MTV debut on “16 and Pregnant” in 2009 with Bentley’s dad, Ryan Edwards.

The Ashley will give you a moment to run to Amazon and order yourself some wrinkle cream and a package of Werther’s Original candies because we are officially old, guys.

While Bentley– who is the oldest of all the babies born on “16 and Pregnant”– doesn’t officially turn the big 1-6 until October 27, Maci and her family threw the teen a golf-themed celebration over the weekend, featuring a big golf-cart entrance with lights displaying his name and some glow in the dark golfing for “Benny” and a group of his friends.

The entrance to Bentley’s big birthday blowout…this has “Cheyenne” written all over it!

As fans of ‘Teen Mom: The Next Chapter’ know, golf is one of the many sports that Bentley partakes in, with Maci often sharing photos from the soon-to-be 16 year-old’s competitions.

In photos shared of the party, Maci, as well as Bentley’s dad Ryan Edwards (and Ryan’s pregnant girlfriend Amanda Conner) are seen, in addition to an MTV film crew that was there to document the event for the upcoming season of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter. Also present were Bentley’s stepdad Taylor McKinney and Maci’s father. (There were probably others present but those were the only people The Ashley recognized from the videos.)

Just Bentley over here being a full-grown MAN, guys…

Leah Shirley, daughter of Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley, is the second-oldest baby born on “16 and Pregnant” and the next to turn 16. Leah will celebrate her 16th birthday a couple weeks after Bentley on November 12.

“16 and Pregnant” Star Autumn Crittendon’s Cause of Death Revealed

Autumn during her 2014 “16 and Pregnant” episode…

Trigger Warning: This story contains mention of drug overdose.

Three months after the untimely passing of Autumn Crittendon, her official cause of death has been revealed.

TMZ broke the news this week that the “16 and Pregnant” Season 5 star died from toxicity from a combination of fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl (a synthetic opioid). Although Autumn’s sister, Misty, suggested in July that Autumn’s death was the result of foul play, her death has been ruled as accidental.

According to a Centers for Disease Control (CDC) report from 2022, the combination of para-fluorofentanyl and other opioids including fentanyl is especially dangerous.

“With para-fluorofentanyl… alone being capable of producing respiratory depression leading to death, the various combinations of these substances, in addition to possible other opioids including fentanyl-related compounds or adulterants included in each drug exhibit that could cause or exacerbate serious adverse effects, pose an even greater potential harm to the patient than that previously observed. Naloxone still serves as an effective drug to reverse opioid overdose; however, additional doses of naloxone might be required when stronger opioids like fentanyl, para-fluorofentanyl, metonitazene, or other benzimidazoles are involved or combined.”

Autumn— who was only 27 years old when she passed— appeared on “16 and Pregnant” to document the birth of her eldest son, Drake. She would go on to have two more children. It is unknown who is currently caring for Autumn’s children; however, Drake’s father Dustin Franklin is active in the youngster’s life, and is also the father of Autumn’s youngest child, a daughter born in November 2022.

Autumn and her three children…

In a Facebook post made days after Autumn’s death in July, Misty described the chaotic scene she came upon when she received news that something had happened to Autumn.

“ … Pulling up seeing all the vehicles, an empty ambulance.. and jumping out of the truck as soon as I could begging the paramedics and cops to tell me you were okay and they were just working to keep you alive in there.. But my worst fear was confirmed and I collapsed in the road … ,” Misty wrote. “I went down the hall to check the rooms to make sure you weren’t hiding back there, but they laid empty.. quiet.. I went where you were last and just stood there in disbelief.. how was my baby sister gone? I was just talking to her. No way is this real life. It’s not real. Begging God to give you back to us.. .

“I seen the shirt you were wearing and I held it so tight, I smelled it for so long as I just stood there empty, broken, finally allowing myself a moment to fall apart while I knew the kids were okay and I was alone,” she continued. “I’ll hold that shirt close to my heart forever. … We are gonna make sure these babies are okay. Your memory will not fade over time. It will live on every moment of every day.”

On the day that Autumn’s cause of death was officially revealed, Misty took to Facebook again, this time to pay tribute to her sister.

“Growing up, it was always just the two of us,” she wrote. “We did it all together, even becoming mothers. Then we raised our babies together and they then did everything together. We miss you so much, beautiful. I love you more than you’ve ever known.”

Sadly, Autumn is the fifth person from the “16 and Pregnant” series to pass away. Farrah Abraham’s baby daddy, Derek Underwood, died in 2008 (during the filming of her episode) in a car crash; Season 2’s Valerie Fairman passed away in 2016 from a drug overdose at the age of 23; Season 5’s Jordan Cashmyer died in 2022 after a battle with drug addiction; and in March of this year, Sean Grainger– the baby daddy of Season 6B’s Selena Gutierrez– died at the age of 20 in an ATV accident.
