Jenelle Evans has claimed that her estranged husband, David Eason, broke onto her North Carolina property on Sunday in an attempt to steal motorbikes as well as ATVs.
The Teen Mom star, 32 - who recently addressed her boyfriend August Keen's 911 call following their alleged altercation - notably filed to separate from David in March after the pair tied the knot in 2017.
She claimed to TMZ that Eason, his girlfriend, and three other men broke through the gate outside using bolt cutters.
Evans also alleged to the outlet that the group proceeded to break into her garage and placed all her motorbikes, ATVs and other belongings onto a trailer - with a cop car flashing lights in the distance.
Jenelle - who was not at the home at the time - obtained surveillance footage of the incident, per TMZ.

She claimed that David setting foot on the North Carolina property violated a court order.
Her ex had knowledge of the order and informed the local sheriff's department - who sent a deputy to accompany him to retrieve items.
However, Evans claimed that Eason had missed the deadline to get his belongings months earlier.
After making his way onto the property, her ex could be seen taking down one of the cameras that pointed towards the driveway and entrance of the garage.
In a video obtained by TMZ, Jenelle was able to also communicate with the deputy through her ring camera as he stood on the front porch of her home.
The TV personality is currently residing in Las Vegas with her three children: Jace, 15, Kaiser, 10, and Ensley, seven.
After knocking on the front door, Jenelle spoke to the cop through the camera - and he explained he was only double checking to make sure no one was at the home.
When Evans asked why, the deputy explained that, 'There is a gentleman getting some of his belongings. And I'm just standing by with him.'

Slightly confused by the situation, the reality star then questioned who exactly was on her property, and the officer informed her that it was a man named David.
'Yeah, he is not allowed to be at the house,' she quickly responded. 'There is a no contact order. He's not allowed to be there.'
The deputy told Evans, 'As long as you're not here it's okay. That's why I was making sure you weren't here.'
However, Jenelle stated, 'He is not supposed to be there right now' due to a no contact order as well as 'bed and board order.'
'He had one chance to get his stuff,' Evans continued. 'And that was months ago.'
The deputy then placed a call to his sergeant, who stated that David was only allowed to take work tools - which the department had pictures of.
After the conversation, the officer told David to return the motorbikes and other belongings, and he complied.
The sheriff's department also informed Eason if he wanted to take the motorbikes and ATVs, he would need to get a lawyer.

Following the incident, Jenelle has plans to take legal action against David, as well as the cop, per TMZ.
Earlier this year in March, it was revealed that Evans had filed for a legal separation from Eason, per The Sun.
She said the separation was due to David's 'erratic behavior' as well as claiming that he was suffering from 'substance abuse.'
Jenelle later took to her Instagram stories to confirm that she had separated from David.
It came shortly after Jenelle allegedly kicked David and his daughter, Maryssa, out of her home, The U.S. Sun reported in February.
The claims also came shortly after the TV personality had reunited with her son Jace, - just days after Child Protective Services dropped its case against her and Eason.
The teenager had been removed from the North Carolina home after David allegedly attacked him last year in September 2023.
Following the split, Jenelle is now dating boyfriend August Keen - whose real name is Daniel Miranda.

However, earlier this month, it was reported that Keen had called 911 in late August over an alleged altercation.
In the call, per The Ashley's Reality Round-Up, he had claimed Jenelle was 'hitting' him all evening after she 'got super drunk.'
He told the operator, 'My girlfriend got super drunk tonight, and she's been hitting me all night. I'd like to be protected to make sure that I grab my stuff. I just want to get outta the house safe.'
Evans could be heard in the background and Keen was told to leave, but he said 'she keeps following me.'
He later claimed that she had '12 drinks' that night and when asked if Jenelle takes drugs, he answered that she 'does do drugs,' but he doesn't.
'She takes pills... she smokes a lot of weed, and she drinks a lot.'
August left the home, but claimed Evans accompanied him outside. 'I ran to the corner of the street and she chased me.'
Despite the alleged altercation, Keen chose to not press charges when police arrived to the scene. An official police report, obtained by The Ashley, also stated that he did not show signs of injury.
Officers were reportedly also not allowed to contact Jenelle because she was 'sleeping upstairs.'
Keen was able to retrieve some of his belongings and a friend dropped him off at his own residence.

However, after the alleged incident came to light, August took to his Instagram stories and said Jenelle did not hit him and that she 'is not on drugs. Seems like some old stuff was pulled up recently.'
'No, I was not hit. I have a zero tolerance for violence and would not stick around any DV situations. No, she is not on drugs (everyone knows I dislike weed, unless its for medicinal purposes) and that's what I was referring too.'
'We had a good time at a friend's event, end of night we jumped in an Uber, had a disagreement on the way to her house.'
Keen added, 'I wanted to be escorted out with some of my stuff. I don't like alcohol, because in heated moments, things can escalate.'
'I wanted for the both of us to end the night safely. Thought a mediator at that moment could help us call it a night.'

'My intentions were to never get any of us in any trouble, on the contrary, I highly respect and love her very much. And FYI, no children were around at any point. I think if the police saw anything fishy, they would have done [their] job.'
'In reference to pills, Jenelle is prescribed anxiety medication and that's what I was referring to. And I want to make it clear that no children were around nor were we at her house at the time of disagreement.'
Afterwards in a statement of her own that was obtained by Celebuzz!, Evans expressed, 'Me and August have been best friends for so many years.'
'We have argued less then 5 times within 7-8 years. Our bond is so much stronger then one bad night. That night is far behind us and we're just focused on future possibilities.'
