Kailyn agreed, saying this helps parents build stronger bonds with their kids. Elliott emphasized that being gay doesn’t make someone different. It simply means they have a different sexual preference. With more empathy and effort, he believes families can create a safe space for their children to thrive.

Kailyn Lowry conceived Elliott when she was a teen and had no contact with her family. She was living with her then-partner Jo’s parents but didn’t want to continue living like that. She then applied for Teen Mom, and fans saw her give birth to her first child, Isaac. It was a beautiful journey, and Kailyn nurtured Isaac over the years. Isaac now goes by Elliott and revealed that he was in a lot of emotional distress when someone leaked his prom photos. He also went back in time to when, in fifth grade, someone told his father that he was gay. At that time, he could not understand how to react, as he was unsure. In seventh grade, he realized that he actually has feelings for boys and is not straight. His father eventually came around and accepted his sexuality.

However, he was in a lot of emotional distress as he could not reveal his sexual identity on his own terms. The same happened when someone leaked his prom photos online. A junior boy asked him to be his date to the prom, but someone clicked his pictures and shared them. Kailyn further added that it is indeed very disturbing, as Elliott is still a minor, and people are invading his privacy.

Elliott further shared that he was very sad about the prom thing and ugly cried when he reached home. He started crying on the way when he saw the photos and videos go viral.
