Teresa Giudice’s 18-year-old daughter Milania was involved in a minor car accident in New Jersey, PEOPLE can confirm.
According to a police report obtained by PEOPLE, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was driving a Mercedes under her mother’s name when another vehicle collided with her car at an intersection on the morning of May 17.
Per the report, Milania was traveling north when the driver of a Ford turned left onto the street, coming off a ramp. Authorities said Milania claimed the other driver, a 71-year-old man, ran the stop sign and drove through the intersection, which caused the crash.
The Town of Boonton Police Department’s investigation found that Milania was not at fault, and the accident was a result of the man’s “inattention and failure to yield the right of way,” according to the incident report. No one was injured in the collision.
"This was a very minor parking lot incident and Milania was not at fault," Giudice family lawyer James J. Leonard tells PEOPLE in a statement. "We are thankful that nobody was injured. That is all that matters.”
Milania is the second youngest of Teresa’s four daughters with ex-husband Joe Giudice. Gia, 23, Gabriella, 19, Milania and Audriana, 14, have all appeared on the Bravo series alongside their mother.
The sisters, especially Milania, have been supportive of their mother’s endeavors, from her marriage to Luis Ruelas to her stint on Dancing with the Stars.
“She's watched Audriana at every dance competition," Milania told PEOPLE as her mom prepared for her season 31 run on the show. "She's watched a million dancers. I think she's got it. I believe in her. I think my mom could win anything."
Before Teresa and Luis Ruelas’ wedding, Milania shared a photo from her mother’s bridal shower and wrote, “The most beautiful bride to be… i love you mommy.”
Earlier this month, Teresa announced on Instagram that Milania would pursue higher education at the University of Tampa in the fall.
Under a photo of the mother-daughter duo decked out in the school’s gear, Teresa wrote, “Congratulations on the University of Tampa! I love you so much and I am so proud of you! I can’t wait to see what you accomplish within your four years, make mommy proud❤️.”
"my favorite people🫶🏻" Milania wrote in her own post, showing her with her sisters and mom in their Tampa gear.
