Throughout The Bachelor season 29 so far, Grant has had strong connections with both Juliana and Litia. When he was a contestant on Jenn Tran's Bachelorette season, he shared that it was his mission in life to become a husband and a father. Therefore, Grant was determined to achieve his goal of getting engaged in his own Bachelor season after being a lone wolf throughout his life. However, Grant's level of stress has me convinced that The Bachelor season 29 didn't turn out the way that he hoped it would.
Grant Expressed Love For Both Litia & Juliana
Grant Has Strong Feelings For Both Women
During Grant's Bachelor season 29 Fantasy Suites episode, he told Juliana that he was falling in love with her, but he told Litia, "I love you." He didn't express any feelings of love towards Zoe McGrady, who he sent home at the rose ceremony after his Fantasy Suite dates. Both Juliana and Litia reciprocated Grant's sentiments, with Juliana telling him that she was falling in love with him, and Litia saying those three little words back to him.
Grant Was Spiraling At The End Of His Fantasy Suites Episode
Grant Wondered If He Should End The Show Early
Before the rose ceremony in Grant's Fantasy Suites episode, he began to spiral. I'd gasped when he told Litia that he loved her, but I really couldn't believe it when he then implied that he regretted it when he said that he felt as though he maybe should've waited a little bit longer. Grant explained that he did love Litia, but he was also falling hard and was very close to being in love with Juliana. He then asked if he should stop there and pick Litia, or if he should continue to pursue Juliana too, whom he said he had really strong feelings for.
The fact that Grant thought about ending The Bachelor season 29 early and choosing Litia, but then didn't, could be a sign that he didn't pick either one of the women. I think that it's completely ridiculous that Grant wanted to get engaged in a week, but he didn't know which woman to propose to. I believe that this means that he didn't truly love either of the women, but he was caught up in the fantasy of the show. I don't think that Grant was lying, but instead his feelings were heightened because of the romance of the Fantasy Suites, and they were clouding his judgment.
Grant Admitted To His Family That He Was Torn Between Juliana & Litia
Grant Didn't Know Which Woman To Choose

The Bachelor season 29 featured Sarafiena Watkins as one of the women competing for Grant Ellis' heart. Here's what she's been up to since the show.
When Renee asked Grant if he was closer to getting to an engagement with one girl more than the other, he admitted that when he was with them, he felt a certain way, but, when he was away from them, he felt torn. He added that each relationship brought a different dynamic. Robert then asked Grant how he'd choose between Juliana and Litia if he was in love with both of them, and Grant confessed that he didn't know yet. In his confessional, Grant admitted that he shared that he came across as cool and calm, but really he was freaking out.
Grant Seems To Not Know Who To Choose Up Until Moments Before The Final Rose Ceremony
Host Jesse Palmer Had To Coax Him To Make His Choice
In the previews for The Bachelor season 29 finale, Grant said that he could see both Litia and Juliana being his wife. He stated that he loved two women, and it was an impossible decision. Host Jesse Palmer was then shown telling him that he really needed to know which woman to send to the final rose ceremony first. In his confessional, Grant said that it wasn't normal to go into an engagement and still be trying to figure out who his person was. When a Bachelor producer told Grant that they needed to head out, he told him that it was insane.
I agree with Grant that this situation is not normal. I don't understand how he could be so unsure about whether he should propose to Juliana or Litia. It's disappointing that it wasn't a clear decision for him because it makes me feel like his feelings weren't real, or that they might've just been infatuation. Grant might've decided that the pressure was too much for him, and he might've left the show by himself in order not to make a mistake and get engaged too soon. If he wasn't sure, then neither Litia nor Juliana was truly the perfect match for him.
Grant Might End Up Alone After His Bachelor Journey
This Was His Worst Fear
I wonder if Grant did get engaged to Juliana or Litia, if watching back the show had a negative impact on their relationship. I don't think that either of them would be happy to see that he was so torn so close to their engagement. Grant could be alone if a breakup occurred before the "After the Final Rose" episode due to his indecision. Many people, including me, noticed his uncomfortable body language at the end of his "Women Tell All" episode, which could be another indicator that he's alone now.

The Bachelor season 29's Carolina Sofia has been busy since leading man Grant Ellis sent her home on the show. Here's what she's been up to.
