Kelsey told Kathy Swarts and Susan Noles from The Golden Bachelor season 1 that she wants as many children as possible, and she even feels personally called to adopt. Joey only wants two or three children, which is still a big family, especially by today's standards.

Their decision to stay in such a big city suggests they're not planning on having children anytime in the near future.
