The Bachelor star Joey Graziadei just won DWTS, and as he looked ahead to Kelsey Anderson possibly competing someday, he ended up taking a dig at her. Joey partnered with Jenna Johnson as they danced their way to the win during Dancing With The Stars season 33. They started off strong, tying for third place, then tying for second place in week 2. Joey and Jenna finally received the highest score during week 3 night 2. From there, they remained one of the frontrunners and ended up beating Ilona Maher, Chandler Kinney, Stephen Nedoroscik and Danny Amendola in the finals.

The DWTS season 33 competitors spoke with Us Weekly to reveal their top picks for who should be cast next season. Naturally, Joey chose his fiancée, Kelsey. Unfortunately, he doesn't have high hopes for her chances of winning. "I do not think she would do well," he admitted, adding that he thinks Kelsey would agree with that statement. "But I didn't think I was going to do well and we're here now. So you got to try it."
When it comes to which professional dancer should be paired with Kelsey, an obvious choice came to mind. Since Joey danced with Jenna, it only seems fitting that Kelsey compete with none other than Val Chmerkovskiy, Jenna's husband. Joey "would love to see that. If Kelsey and Val were together, that would be must-see TV." Considering he doesn't think Kelsey would fare very well on DWTS, he thinks Val would be able to "really whoop her into shape."

Joey isn't afraid to tell it like it is when it comes to Kelsey's skills and talents. Fortunately for him, Kelsey likely won't feel hurt by the insult since she would probably agree that she's not a good dancer, according to Joey. Even though their relationship is still fairly new, they have a close enough bond that they're not afraid to hold back their honest opinions.
Even though Joey doesn't think Kelsey would advance very far in the competition, he still wants her to try. That says a lot about their relationship, that he's encouraging his fiancée to dream big and not be afraid to take risks in life. They both took big risks by applying to The Bachelorette and The Bachelor, respectively. While Joey's initial attempt at dating on TV didn't work out, he made another attempt and fell in love with Kelsey.

ABC Will Likely Cast 2025 Bachelor Stars Instead
It would have been entertaining if Joey and Kelsey had been cast in the same season of DWTS. While it's still possible for her to join the dance show in 2025, ABC will likely be looking elsewhere. By the time Dancing With The Stars season 34 gets underway, there will have been multiple Bachelor shows that have come and gone for producers to seek out for casting. There's the recently aired Golden Bachelorette, plus 2025's The Bachelor season 29 and The Bachelorette season 22. It'll be fun to continue guessing which Bachelor Nation stars, if any, join DWTS next season.
