‘The Valley’ Kristen Doute Expecting Rainbow Baby

The Valley star, Kristen Doute is expecting her rainbow baby nearly three months after getting engaged to her boyfriend, Luke Broderick. She and Luke have been together for over two years but were actively trying to conceive. After suffering a loss, their dreams have finally come true. Keep reading for all of the exciting details.

Bravo viewers have seen the highs and lows of Kristen Doute’s life and relationships. She was in a long-term relationship with her Vanderpump Rules co-star, Tom Sandoval. Yet, he was unfaithful as was she, and eventually, they were too toxic together. She moved on with James Kennedy but that was just as volatile. Kristen soon went on some fun single dates until she matched with Brian Carter on a dating app. That was again another up-and-down situation for years but it ended and she started up with Brian Menache.

It looked okay from the outside but was an ultimate disaster and they ended up parting ways. Though she was not looking for anything, Kristen met Luke Broderick at a wedding. It should have been a fling as he lives in Colorado and she is California-based but they soon became long-distance partners. As it became more serious, they opted to start trying for a baby given. Kristen was pushing 40 and she knew the time was right. They were successful but sadly suffered a miscarriage. She and Luke carried on, he proposed, and now, the two are expecting their rainbow baby.

According to People, Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick decided they would start trying again earlier this year. Since Kristen was now 41, she also wanted to have a plan regarding fertility:

“After our pregnancy loss last year, we decided to start trying in early 2024. I knew my age could be a factor in conceiving, so Luke and I discussed going for an extra push, a little help.”

Much like Lala Kent, who chose to have her second child on her own, they underwent IUI (intrauterine insemination). Then, it all happened at the speed of light:

“The two weeks following the IUI procedure felt like years. To get a correct outcome on a pregnancy test, 2 weeks time had to pass and I had to wait it out but in my heart I knew it had worked. I tested one day early and got the big PREGNANT result staring back at me.”

The latest Valley baby will be arriving in June 2025 and Kristen Doute has already received so much support after sharing the happy news:

She is glowing and it is clear that this is all she could have possibly wanted. Luke has made it clear that they will wait for babies to get married and that seems just fine with the mama-to-be.
