Litia said that she knows if Grant was intimate with anyone else because he told multiple people about it. Zoe McGrady took that as an implication that she slept with Grant. She took to the comments on the podcast to clear up the speculation.

Juliana has faced hate from fans telling her that Grant settled for her and that he was truly in love with Litia. Shortly after the season finale, Juliana put one fan in their place for their rude comments.
The Bachelor Nation fan basically said that Grant only chose Juliana because she “gave it up” during the Fantasy Suite dates. Juliana heatedly responded that Grant was openly celibate for a year and asked why he would just “give it up” for her.
Grant Ellis also said on Nick Viall’s podcast that he wasn’t intimate with anyone in the Fantasy Suite dates.
