A lot of former Wild players have been placed on waivers recently. The Carolina Hurricanes just placed Tyson Jost on waivers.
Jost, 26, was acquired by the Wild in a trade that sent Nico Sturm to the Colorado Avalanche. Jost played in 21 games for the Wild after the trade. He recorded two goals and six points.
The following season he played in 12 games for the Wild where he posted zero goals and three assists. He was placed on waivers and was claimed by the Buffalo Sabres on November 19th, 2022.
He played the next two seasons in Buffalo where he recorded 10 goals, 18 assists, and 28 points in 102 games.
Jost signed a one-year, $775,000 contract with the Hurricanes during the off-season but has now been placed on waivers.
