Heather Dubrow has been happily married to plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow for 25 years, but there's one thing that she envies about Alexis Bellino's fiancé, John Janssen (well, sort of).
How to Watch

On the September 19 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Heather was asked to share one way that "John Janssen is a better partner than Terry Dubrow."
"'Cause he's got a nickname," The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member joked, referring to Alexis's pet name for John, which is Johnny J.
Though many are now referring to John as Johnny J, John himself revealed that he doesn't exactly like the nickname during an earlier episode of WWHL.
"Which name do you prefer?" host Andy Cohen asked him when Alexis appeared as a guest on the September 13 episode.
"John Janssen," he said, because he's "not a rapper."
Alexis agreed, admitting, "He likes John, and he likes Johnny, but yeah..."
Heather Dubrow reacts to John Janssen and Alexis Bellino's engagement
Elsewhere on the September 19 episode of WWHL, Heather weighed in on John's recent engagement to Alexis.
"I was not surprised, no," she said about finding out that the two had gotten engaged. When asked to rate the odds of them walking down the aisle on a scale from one to 10, Heather confidently responded, "10!"
Are Heather Dubrow and Alexis Bellino friends?
During a recent interview at Bravo HQ, Heather explained how she became so close with Alexis (hint: it involves their kids).
"When Alexis and I met, you know, we were not friends, I would say," Heather said, referring to their past tension from earlier seasons of RHOC, which involved Alexis' friend, Sarah, eating a bow off of Heather's cake in Season 7. "But time passes and to be honest, we reconnected because our kids were in the theater program together: Her son James and my daughter Kat were, like, playing a couple, and singing and dancing and all the things."
"I remember being in the green room before the show and having Alexis sit there and her mom was there. It was just like, hugs, sorority sisters, like, 'Hey, how are you? What's going on?' All that kinda thing," Heather continued to BravoTV.com. "Also, we both have kids in the LGBTQIA+ community, which bonded us further. "I just think she's a really strong person. She's evolved, and I see it and I respect it."
The ladies have certainly come a long way since they first appeared on RHOC.
