Lala Kent revealed she weighed just 90 pounds after her tumultuous breakup from ex-fiancé Randall Emmett.
Brittany Cartwright applauded her former “Vanderpump Rules” co-star for getting to a “much better place” with Emmett in Friday’s episode of her “When Reality Hits” podcast.
“Brittany, you remember, I was down to, like, 90 pounds,” Kent confessed. “I couldn’t eat. I was not well. That was the most horrendous time of my life.”
Kent, 34, admitted that even though it has been nearly four years since she went through her contentious split from Emmett, 53, she still has to “remind” herself that she is no longer in that place.
“Like, ‘You’re OK. That time of your life is over, and you’re on the other side,'” she said she tells herself. “It’s over. It’s done. That feels so good.”
The “Give Them Lala” podcast host added, “I love being like, ‘Your someone else’s problem.’ I never have to deal with him ever again!”

However, Kent acknowledged that she cannot totally rid herself of Emmett, as they share a 3-year-old daughter, Ocean.
“When you share a child with someone, you don’t have the luxury of just going, ‘Goodbye! Get the f–k out of my life!'” she explained. “You have to engage, still.”
Kent called the beginning of their co-parenting journey “mental torture” but added that they have since gotten to a place where it has turned into “clockwork” and their new “normal.”
The former Bravolebrity and the “Irishman” producer got engaged in September 2018 after three years of dating, but she dumped him in October 2021 after he allegedly cheated on her.
Kent went on to make several accusations against her ex — including that he had been unfaithful to her the same month she gave birth, “tackled” her when she confronted him over his infidelity and made a crude comment to her while she was in labor.
However, in November 2024, Kent shared that she and Emmett had finally “come to a place” where they each prioritize “what’s best for [Ocean].”
“I’m, like, a really fun ride. I’ll take you on a roller coaster. One day we’re good, and the next day, he pisses me off,” she said on “Watch What Happens Live” at the time, later adding that they “always come back to Ocean and her well-being.”
Earlier this month, Kent — who is also mom to daughter Sosa, 6 months, with the help of a sperm donor — announced that she and Emmett had reached a custody agreement over their only child.
“After over three years, we have signed an agreement that is best for our daughter, Ocean. So I’m very, very happy about that,” she said during an Amazon Live stream on March 4.
Emmett echoed the sentiment and told Page Six in a statement, “I’m happy to confirm custody has been settled. My beautiful daughter Ocean has two parents that love her dearly. And I look forward to continuing our co-parenting as I know we are both very happy to begin the next chapter for Ocean.”
