Porsha Williams put her 9,427-square-foot Duluth, Georgia, mansion on the market last month.
Weeks after finalizing her divorce from Simon Guobadia, 61, the 44-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star listed the five-bedroom, six-bathroom European-style estate, where her mother, Diane Williams, currently resides, for $1.85 million.
According to a listing on the property, Porsha purchased the home, which was built in 2004 in the gated community of Sugarloaf Country Club, in September 2016 for $1,150,000.
The home is beautifully landscaped with a private driveway and three-car garage.
Inside the front door is a two-story foyer with dual staircases.
The room sits between the formal living room and an office space.
Rich hardwood floors and crown moldings can be seen throughout the estate.
Massive windows provide plenty of light to the formal living room.
The dining room features a stunning chandelier and boasts enough room for a large table.
Ornate moldings line the room.
In the office are cherry wood built-ins and a marble fireplace.
A large light hangs from a tray ceiling.
A chef’s kitchen is outfitted with custom cherry cabinetry, gorgeous stone countertops, stone tiling on the floor, and top-of-the-line appliances.
A large island boasts seating for four and a stovetop.
The master suite can be found on the main level and features a sitting area and its own fireplace.
The massive room has a tray ceiling with a fan above the bed.
In the master bath is a spa-like soaking tub and a closed-in shower.
Marble tiling lines the floor as the tub is flanked with ornate columns.
Two additional guest bedrooms can be found upstairs, each with its own bathroom.
Each bedroom also boasts stunning tray ceilings.
In the unfinished basement, an additional 3,271 square feet offers plenty of potential expansion for buyers.
The basement is located on the same level as the backyard terrace.
The back of the home features golf course views.
A patio can be found on the first floor and a balcony is located on the second.
As RHOA fans may have seen, Simon was ordered to pay Porsha $40,000 per month for over a year and grant her ownership of a Rolls-Royce after a judge ruled in favor of enforcing their prenup. Porsha was also given the right to decide whether or not she’d stay living in their $7 million marital home. However, she will have to make a decision by 2027. And because the property was an asset of Simon’s before they got married, she’ll have to buy him out if she opts to remain there.
